Blatant Political Sabotage

Let me give you a few examples:

- RVD not getting any promo time to explain his side of the story

- J.R. and Lawler making fun of Jericho's height: "Even sitting down, Nash is taller than Jericho..."

- Flair doing a poor job trying to maintain his heel status. Flair bumped like an idiot, and made it difficult for Goldberg to perform the jackhammer. The booking of the Flair-Goldberg match was atrocious. Goldberg looks good in short matches, not long ones. Having Goldberg get beaten down by a 54-year-old man was terribly unrealistic, as well.

Flair should JOB to Goldberg every DAMN TIME. It's an embarrassment to see a guy like Goldberg sell for the slow, senile Flair. Flair's in ring skills are an embarrassment to Pro-wrestling. It's not believable seeing him hold his own against younger guys. His bumps look horrible, and his moves look extremely contrived. He's just as guilty as HHH when it comes to political games, yet you guys always sing his praises.

Do you think the writers have really thought out a RVD side to this story? RVD is pure filler in this feud so his no promo time really isn't bothering me. I like it actually, don't build the feud and people will forget RVD got squashed in it quicker.

The most of obvious sign of career sabotage was doing a Goldberg/Flair rematch after last week's disaster. They knew Flair was going to get cheered. You know, if Goldberg wasn't such a green primadonna I might actually be mad.

Yeah, and what's up with the contract Bischofff signed? Did Austin actually expect Bischoff to beat Kane and wrestle Shane at SSlam? Maybe this stip would've been more intriguing if Kane vs. RVD wasn't already announced for SSlam. God, the WWE writers are fucking stupid.

You know, this shit would be a lot less idiotic if Austin just, how do I put this, ANNOUNCED THE MATCH AT SUMMERSLAM! This whole "You have to wrestler Kane, no wait, you have to wrestler Shane Macmahon" bull wasn't necessary. Not to mention the fact that they built up two matches for an hour that nobody wants to see (Shane vs. Eric and Kane vs. Eric).

What the hell is all this bitching about Flair jobbing?

Jesus, he's a washed up old man!

How can anyone think he should go over A MAN WHO IS IN A WORLD TITLE MATCH AT SUMMERSLAM?

OLD WRESTLERS SHOULD ALWAYS JOB~!

THAT'S HOW YOU KEEP YOUR BUSINESS GOING.

A wrestler nearing retirement should ALWAYS go out jobbing, no matter how great he was OVER A DECADE AGO.

You can't have it both ways. Many of you want "good" booking, then people don't have a problem with Goldberg being wailed on by a 54 year old man. Yeah, Flair was good, very good, IN HIS PRIME. The guy is 54 years old now. It's not believable for him to be getting an advantage over Goldberg, no matter how much he is hated. That's like a retired basketball player from the the 1960's playing against Kobe and winning. Barring a serious physical ailment, it's not going to happen. It would have done Evlolution no great loss to have Flair and Orton squashed and then have Goldberg go after HHH only to be stopped by Jericho (they do have an issue remember). The fans would be thinking, "If it weren't for that darn Jericho, HHH would be slaughtered."

Then, you could have Nash amble out and him and Jericho could brawl and Goldberg gets free and spears a retreating HHH on the ramps and the end of the show could have shown Goldberg posing over the fallen HHH thus advancing the whole EC match without anyone looking weak.

If the old guys should lose to the young guys every time Ray then Jericho should've been having a field day with HBK and Nash.

OF COURSE!

EDIT:: Flair is much older than Shawn, so it's even MORE proper for him to job.

Hey, I just hope they realize that

bad booking = shitty buyrate

Ric Flair is a 54 year old part time wrestler who jobbed to Rico. The fact that the match lasted 7 minutes and that Goldberg needed two matches to get the job done tells you all you need to know about the monkeys booking RAW.

Hey, Monkey's are very intelligent animals... they could easily right better shows than the actual people doing it now.

Tell that to Terry Funk and Abdullah the Butcher.

Its to demissive that Flair must Job and have no Defense what so ever.

He was going to lose....isn't that enough?

Guess not Goldberg Deserves to just SPEAR and JACKHAMMER someone in the main event atmosphere and then go back to his limo and drive off...

He must have pulled something having to go 7 minutes bah gawd! What a Ironman!

Shitberg didn't just need 2 matches to beat Flair for the old but he needed help from HBFey to beat him and......gasp.....Orton??How the mighty has fallen, as much as i can't stand Crapberg the way he is being used or misused is just unbelievable, Vince is too stupid to waste a lot of money on these untalented fuck but then he doesn't want to do anything with him, might as well give that money to the poor.

Now about RVD,why is he not getting a chance to cut a promo on Kane to further this angle, why is he being treated as an aftertought even though he is facing Kane for the ppv, it still feels like Shane-o is the one wrestling Kane at Summerslam, even a regular mark could tell that he is being bury big time.RVD will get squashed at the ppv and then he will be demoted to the midcard or lower, meanwhile Kane will eventually get the world title and putting out those 2* or lower matches.

Pushing Goldberg as a monster is the only thing that works. Pushing him as a guy who can't beat Flair the first time and needed a second match to do it makes him look pretty shit. Especially considering Ric has jobbed to everyone. And he is 54 years old. Plus, Goldberg is supposed to be a World Title contender. I mean, I'm no Goldberg fan, but the WWE has really done a number on him.

It's not that Goldberg couldn't beat Flair the 1st time, it's that interference prevented him from getting the win. Goldy was in position to spear Flair when Orton cracked him w/ a chair, causing a DQ.

He's just as guilty as HHH when it comes to political games, yet you guys always sing his praises

Back in his day, Flair was guilty of political games. But now Flair has no political pull, so it's ridiculous to use that argument now.

- RVD not getting any promo time to explain his side of the story

If he would have gotten promo time there would have been a similiar argument of career sabotage: "They made RVD do something he's not good at"

- J.R. and Lawler making fun of Jericho's height: "Even sitting down, Nash is taller than Jericho..."

They sold Nash's size. One small line. Nothing more.

- Flair doing a poor job trying to maintain his heel status. Flair bumped like an idiot, and made it difficult for Goldberg to perform the jackhammer. Unrealistic even when Goldberg was hit in the head with brass knuckles to begin the match? The cheap shot made Goldberg's beating believable.

That's bullshit. RVD may not be great on the mic, but it isn't 'career sabotage' to let him build his match. Even Kane is getting mic time.

Flair should not be wrestling anymore, period. He can't land on one whole side of his back. Plus no one ever buys that he is ever going to win a match. Every Flair match involves a goon or two to come run and help, it is pointless. Just keep flair the "guy behind the guy" in (de)-evolution.

As far as RVD goes, yes once again WWE is fucking up big time. they are desperately trying to push this Kane character down our throats and RVD barely gets a mention regarding their match at what is one of the biggest ppvs of the year. They better RVD give more time before SS to get his story over.

I was just telling it like a lot of people here would. It wasn't really my opinion. Just what I observed when RVD was getting mic time before Unforgiven last year, when I saw a lot of posts along the lines of "Triple H is ruining RVD by doing promos with him, it's exposing RVDs weakness"
