Guest Polish_Rifle Posted August 27, 2003 Report Posted August 27, 2003 I'm probably the only one here that cares but the book is due out September 16 which is less than 3 weeks away. I'm guessing she will be back on Raw to help Trish as early as next week to give us the hard sell on her book.
Guest Nanks Posted August 27, 2003 Report Posted August 27, 2003 Any takers on her just returning like it's perfectly normal and Bischoff never fired her? I doubt someone held onto that cocktail napkin.
Ultra Violence Posted August 27, 2003 Report Posted August 27, 2003 Foley should ghost write for wrestlers, it would make shit more interesting.
Guest Adrian 3:16 Posted August 27, 2003 Report Posted August 27, 2003 I missed Lita- it'll be nice to have another female face on the roster instead of just Trish fighting off a revolving cast of heel chics. Plus with Matt on Smackdown and Jeff shitcanned maybe she can shine on her own instead of just being potrayed as a Hardyz groupie.
The Kid Posted August 27, 2003 Report Posted August 27, 2003 Why the hell is it "R.O.A.D" and not just "road"?
Guest Polish_Rifle Posted August 27, 2003 Report Posted August 27, 2003 I’m pretty sure they’ll find some way to get Matt and Lita on the same show eventually. The company seems to go out of their way and put real life couples on the same show.
Fökai Posted August 27, 2003 Report Posted August 27, 2003 Why the hell is it "R.O.A.D" and not just "road"? It's an acronym for the subtitle.
Guest OnlyMe Posted August 27, 2003 Report Posted August 27, 2003 She looks like a transexual in that picture
BifEverchad Posted August 27, 2003 Report Posted August 27, 2003 Why the hell is it "R.O.A.D" and not just "road"? It's an acronym for the subtitle. The Reality Of Amy Dumas
Guest Coffey Posted August 27, 2003 Report Posted August 27, 2003 What the fuck had Lita done to deserve a book? Leave ECW for WWF? Actually get trained at a wrestling school? Have an on-air relationship with Matt Hardy? Have "punk" tattooed on her inner lip? No one gives a fuck.
Guest sean pyro Posted August 27, 2003 Report Posted August 27, 2003 but "d00d shez so h0t" slash "gay" ect.
Guest Coffey Posted August 27, 2003 Report Posted August 27, 2003 So? The WWE have a lot of hot women. They could portray any of them anyway that they wish. It doesn't mean that they should be writing books. I mean seriously, isn't this going to be a wrestling book? How long has Amy even been in the business? When are books that matter coming out? Like Ric Flair or Steve Austin?
Guest The Rising Star Posted August 28, 2003 Report Posted August 28, 2003 Ric Flair discussing his 30+ years in the business is definetely something I would pay for. Instead of buying the Lita book, buy the Wrestlecrap book and laugh for several hours!
Guest The Real Nosferatu Posted August 28, 2003 Report Posted August 28, 2003 I wonder if Lita lisps when she types too. For some reason I always thought "O" wasn't included in acronyms, but I guess I wasn't feeling it. TROAD, lol.
Spaceman Spiff Posted August 28, 2003 Report Posted August 28, 2003 I missed Lita- it'll be nice to have another female face on the roster instead of just Trish fighting off a revolving cast of heel chics. Plus with Matt on Smackdown and Jeff shitcanned maybe she can shine on her own instead of just being potrayed as a Hardyz groupie. Hey, Lita can have a "Who Can Blow More Spots?" feud w/ Gail Kim. Lita: "Oh, yeah? I'll see your blown rope walk, and raise you a sloppy hurrincanrana."
Guest thrall585 Posted August 28, 2003 Report Posted August 28, 2003 What the fuck had Lita done to deserve a book? Leave ECW for WWF? Actually get trained at a wrestling school? Have an on-air relationship with Matt Hardy? Have "punk" tattooed on her inner lip? No one gives a fuck. People do care. The fans loved Lita in 2000, then slightly less in 2001, then slightly less in 2002, but with her off period, they still love her, probably as much as they did in 2000 now when she comes back, if they use her right. They can discuss her growing up, why did she choose to go into wrestling, her ECW career, and her WWF career. If they promote the book after she comes back and gets a big push and is used right, her book will sell very strong.
Guest Coffey Posted August 28, 2003 Report Posted August 28, 2003 Fans love New Jack too what's your point?
Guest thrall585 Posted August 28, 2003 Report Posted August 28, 2003 I don't know much about New Jack, but if he shows up again and goes in the spotlight again and does something what he is famous for (which I don't even know if he is doing that now), it will rejuvenate interest with his fans, and if he comes out with a book, it will do well with his fans and with others.
Guest Crux Posted August 28, 2003 Report Posted August 28, 2003 What a boring cover. It looks like is was a quick Photoshop job.
Fökai Posted August 28, 2003 Report Posted August 28, 2003 When are books that matter coming out? Like Ric Flair Early next year. or Steve Austin? In time for Christmas.
Guest Mindless_Aggression Posted August 28, 2003 Report Posted August 28, 2003 Please, even at her crappiest, I don't think Gail Kim could out spot blow Lita. For God's sakes, her moonsault was the most devastating knee to the head in the business. I'd buy a New Jack back without even thinking twice. He is easily the most natural charismatic worker in the business bar none, IMO. Too bad he is also the worst wrestler ever.
Guest God Junior Posted August 28, 2003 Report Posted August 28, 2003 A Nathan Jones book would be nice.
Guest The Real Nosferatu Posted August 28, 2003 Report Posted August 28, 2003 "I beat that bloody police mon over the heed with a dingo so boddly he was blading out of de ee-yas!" Nathans Jones mentality, lol
RavishingRickRudo Posted August 28, 2003 Report Posted August 28, 2003 *A group of inmates are in the library sorting out books.* Heywood: "Lita: The Less Travelled ROAD" by Amy Dumb-Ass. Andy: What? Heywood: It says right here *points to book* Dumb-ass. Andy: Lemme see that. *Heywood hands Andy the book* Andy: That's "Dumas", do you know what this book is about? *Heywood shrugs* Andy: It's about how to succeed in Wrestling by only knowing 3 moves, and frequently botching 2 of them. Red: Why, we aught to put that by Hulk Hogans.
Guest The Real Nosferatu Posted August 28, 2003 Report Posted August 28, 2003 HAHAHA...wait... YOU INSULTED HULK HOGAN!!!

buffybeast Posted August 28, 2003 Report Posted August 28, 2003 I wonder if Lita will talk about all the people she had sex with while she worked the circuit in the Carolinas. I've heard from very reliable sources that she participated in three ways and lesbian sex.
