Guest Mindless_Aggression Posted September 9, 2003 Report Posted September 9, 2003 Well what can I say, it's something I just need to see again dammit. So yeah, anyone got Spike being basketball'ed off a table and the floor by La Resistance?
Guest thrall585 Posted September 9, 2003 Report Posted September 9, 2003 (edited) Get ready for the "he nearly got killed and you're making a joke out of it" replies. Edited September 9, 2003 by thrall585
Guest Choken One Posted September 9, 2003 Report Posted September 9, 2003 How? He was moving at the time... I'm banking and hoping it's just a stinger
Guest ArchoanJB Posted September 9, 2003 Report Posted September 9, 2003 just posted in a chat room I'm in, here ya go http://members.shaw.ca/pbalpy/SpikeBump.gif
Lil' Bitch Posted September 9, 2003 Report Posted September 9, 2003 Spike's an ass, but even I felt bad for him. I hope he doesn't have a concussion.
Guest Mindless_Aggression Posted September 9, 2003 Report Posted September 9, 2003 Thank you muchly kind sir. Jesus fuck, how is his head even still attached to his body?
Guest Choken One Posted September 9, 2003 Report Posted September 9, 2003 He's a Ass? Funny...It's usually BUBBA that's known for his assholeness.
Guest Choken One Posted September 9, 2003 Report Posted September 9, 2003 Thank you muchly kind sir. Jesus fuck, how is his head even still attached to his body? His mother fucked Gumby... Only explaination.
Lil' Bitch Posted September 9, 2003 Report Posted September 9, 2003 Well, of course Bubba's an asshole, but I found out Spike was really a prick too. But even Spike didn't deserve that fuck-up tonight.
Guest Mulatto Heat Posted September 9, 2003 Report Posted September 9, 2003 OK, now I'm curious, how is Spike an ass/prick?
Guest Choken One Posted September 9, 2003 Report Posted September 9, 2003 He must not shook Rico's hand or something
Lil' Bitch Posted September 9, 2003 Report Posted September 9, 2003 Nah, he just blew us off when he arrived with Bubba. He's been doing that everytime I go to a show and wait in the back. Spike isn't nice from what I've seen so far. Goes to show that D-Von's the good Dudley.
Guest Mulatto Heat Posted September 9, 2003 Report Posted September 9, 2003 Hm. I always read house show reports where Spike has been very good to fans... during the show and afterwards. Especially to kids. Maybe he has a pet peeve towards fans that lie in wait at the arena. Or maybe he had a bad day like everyone else. Who knows. I know that I'm not pleasant to be around when I am having a bad day, so I can't fault a wrestler when I read about the occassional bad fan encounter.. but when I read several (like when it comes to Test) then there's a problem.
Guest Polish_Rifle Posted September 9, 2003 Report Posted September 9, 2003 I know it's cliche but that Spike Dudley is one tough SOB. I hope that blown spot gets him a few wins on Heat.
Ripper Posted September 9, 2003 Report Posted September 9, 2003 Spike is cool peoples. Everytime I have ever seen him (All 4 times...) he was very nice when assholes would scream. "SPIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIKE!!!!!" directly in his face and proceed to talk about that time he fell on his head. He would smile and nod and give autographs and say he had to go, but he could have been a asshole about it.
slimm44 Posted September 9, 2003 Report Posted September 9, 2003 That was sick, stupid frenchmen! I like the angle La Resistance is using but that was lazy what they did to Spike. I'm glad the ref and Hurricane went to check on him.

I wouldn't be Mr. Congenial to anyone who screamed in my face, so I doubt these guys would be either.
The Tino Standard Posted September 9, 2003 Report Posted September 9, 2003 I missed that part of Raw last night, but that is one of the sickest bumps I've seen in a long time.
Steviekick Posted September 9, 2003 Report Posted September 9, 2003 Maybe Spike had to act like an asshole because he was with Bubba. If they were walking in together and Spike was taking time to chat/sign with the fans, than Bubba would propably start bitching and complaining.
Guest Ghettoman Posted September 9, 2003 Report Posted September 9, 2003 IF you watch the gif as it goes a little slower you can see his head didn't hit and fold on the table like it looked on the Raw replay. I don't really see how this is all the frenchmans fault when the table was a lot farther from the ring than it should of been. They pretty much would of had to throw him a good four five-feet to get fully through it, and there certainly not hosses who could pull that off with ease. Just seems like a bad accident on many parts.

You mean two ripped guys like Grenier and Dupree couldn't toss him a few extra feet?
Guest Ghettoman Posted September 9, 2003 Report Posted September 9, 2003 Not on the double chokeslam, thats a straight up and down move, why they thought they could go five feet with it I have no idea, especially when there not using the lift as the momentum.
Guest pinnacleofallthingsmanly Posted September 9, 2003 Report Posted September 9, 2003 Spike didn't hit the table because his legs/feet didn't clear the ropes.
Use Your Illusion Posted September 9, 2003 Report Posted September 9, 2003 What the fuck does Spike have to be bitter about, if in fact Rico is being truthful? I mean, he's lucky to even be employed with WWE. Had he not fit in with the Dudley's, Vince wouldn't of thought twice about him. UYI

Guest Anglesault Posted September 10, 2003 Report Posted September 10, 2003 The Fucking Frenchies have got to go. That was just careless.
Red Hot Thumbtack In The Eye Posted September 10, 2003 Report Posted September 10, 2003 Use Your Illusion Posted on Sep 9 2003, 03:52 PM -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- What the fuck does Spike have to be bitter about, if in fact Rico is being truthful? If he's a prick to fans, he deserves to get dropped on his head by a couple sloppy fucks, and not get pissed?
Guest Duncan Eternia Posted September 10, 2003 Report Posted September 10, 2003 They should put the heavy weight title on Spike just for surviving that bump. Talk about sick. It's funny... I am bigger than Spike but still wish I had at least 1% of his toughness.

In that move they should have each picked up one of his legs so the legs cleared the ropes. I don't care if the table was right next to the ring, if you throw a guy out of the ring without making his legs clear the top rope that is careless.
