Ejiro Fasaki vs. "The Maori Badass" Va'aiga

Well, Ejiro is on a definite run with the United States title. This could be a very important match for his character. Va'aiga is going to be a true challenge for him. I'll do this by Frost 'Logical booking' and say that Ejiro retains, if only to further his owning of Dub Cee, which I think people are forgetting about.

"The Sinner" John Duran vs. English Dragon

Duran is a man on a mission here, as he has promised to write for this match and I think he's got the skill. Dragon, on the other hand is fresh into the world of the WF and it could take a period of transition... wait, wait, I've read his matches, scratch that. Still though, I'll go with the more established write to win this match.

Jay Dawg vs. The Boston Strangler

JD doesn't seem to be around, so I'll go Stranngler all the way, having him built up nice and strong, so that Wilson can blow up Fenway Park and then laugh, as the Philadelphia Orchestra plays in the background.

"The Franchise" Mak Francis vs. "The Sacred One" Andrew Blackwell

Wildchild vs. Johhny "The Barracuda" Dangerous

The face must go over. It's law, dammit. Besides, it doesn't seem like this is being built to swerve us and have Dub Cee turn heel... but if he does, you heard it here first, bitches and hoes.

"Deathwish" Danny Williams vs. "TNT" Taylor Nicholas Thompson

Danny wins, as this is the only thing that'll make sense. I mean really, if he loses, where does he have to go from there?

Double Jeopardy (Quiz and Show) vs. Crowe and Dante Crane

This better be as good as it potentially could be. PUSH

Edwin MacPhisto vs. Nathaniel "Silent" Kibagami

Normally I'd say the face MUST go over, but the LMS stip is there for neck breaking. Silent gets his retrobution, if he writes and Edwin rides off into the sunset, putting over Kibs until he thinks of a new character that'd he'd lke to grace the WF with it's presence.

Dace Night (representing "Grand Slam" Mark Stevens) vs. Bastion (representing the Hville Thugg) vs. Michael Craven (representing the Suicide King)

This is very tough as Dace and Craven especially need this win. It's a huge HUGE win and I say... PUSH

Ejiro Fasaki vs. "The Maori Badass" Va'aiga

Va'aiga is a bad man, but Fasaki's the best pure heel we've had since a certain commissioner who's been in every goddamn promo written this month. He's still going strong with the US title, and I don't see him dopping it until he's topped Thoth's record. Sorry, Thoth. Sorry, Thoth's record.

"The Sinner" John Duran vs. English Dragon

Transition time is a fact of life for bumpees, and it's going to show here. Dragon's very, very solid, but Duran has the experience advantage here.

Jay Dawg vs. The Boston Strangler

Is JD even here? Strangler killifies him.

"The Franchise" Mak Francis vs. "The Sacred One" Andrew Blackwell

Mak is one of my favorite writers in terms of just plain wrestling. Muzz is one of my absolute favorite storyline people of all time, but he's almost spotty enough for me to be able to say, "Damn, he's spotty" and not have people raise their eyebrows at me. I'm not sure where this angle's going, but it seems to point towards a Blackwell win, one way or other. I say it's Mak's match that wins, whatever that's worth.

Wildchild vs. Johhny "The Barracuda" Dangerous

How the hell does the maligned face not go over after months of abuse? He can't, that's how. Dub Cee flings himself about like a pinball and gets the victory after eighteen bazillion backflip DDTs.

"Deathwish" Danny Williams vs. "TNT" Taylor Nicholas Thompson

As Mak mentioned, Danny's kind of lost for direction if he loses here. TNT's good, but Misawa he's not -- Williams doesn't need years to get a win, and he doesn't have months. Logical booking has him going over.

Double Jeopardy (Quiz and Show) vs. Crowe and Dante Crane

Gimmick matches normally make me break out in hives, but this...this is crazy enough to work. In the champions' favor, as well - this sort of gimmickry is what they thrive on. However, I don't think SS has the time to contribute much here, and despite the flair Mike has shown for this character and this team, he simply can't take Crow and Dante on his own.

Edwin MacPhisto vs. Nathaniel "Silent" Kibagami

This is going to be every bit the match it should be.

That is all.

Dace Night (representing "Grand Slam" Mark Stevens) vs. Bastion (representing the Hville Thugg) vs. Michael Craven (representing the Suicide King)

In terms of writing talent, Thugg's got ring rust and Craven can't touch either man on his best day. Dace should elbow the teeth out of both their mouths, especially give the incredible vote of confidence CC has given him in character and out. But in terms of storyline? This angle has kept me guessing 'till the very end. I called the finish to Mark/King/Thugg once already and got burned, badly. I'm not making that mistake again.

Push.

AND THE MAIN EVENT…

"THE SUPERIOR ONE" TOM FLESHER VS. "JUDGE MENTAL" WILLIAM HEARFORD

I'll be totally honest here. I think this match is 60-40 in favor of Judge.

If Flesher writes his Standard Tom Spots the day of the match and lengthens them a little for PPV, Judge is going stomp his goddamn head in. I don't think that will happen, though -- Tom's going to pull out quite a bit for this match; it's the best result the tournament could've had, in my opinion. Even so, Judge is going to bring it like he never brought before, so it's iffy as hell if they both write to the fullest.

Push...

Aw, fuck it. Judge.

K.

Ejiro Fasaki vs. "The Maori Badass" Va'aiga

- OPENER? WTF?! Well, sorry Va'aiga but I never bet against my partner.

"The Sinner" John Duran vs. English Dragon

- Oooo, tough one. Both guys were part of UD back in the JL, so it should be interesting how that works out. I think... Duran wins, but their win doesn't hurt their UD ties, allowing them to tag in the future.

Jay Dawg vs. The Boston Strangler

- Strangler. JD appears a lot, but he doesn't show nearly as often as he needs to, which is sad because he really could be a World Champ.

"The Franchise" Mak Francis vs. "The Sacred One" Andrew Blackwell

- Hmmmm... Like it was said before, Sacred is almost definitely going over here no matter which match it is. I say Muzz's match, though, to win.

Wildchild vs. Johhny "The Barracuda" Dangerous

- A tough one... I dunno how good Johnny is with Hardcore, but Wildchild is definitely in his element with this championship. Personally, just change this to the LHW, retire the Hardcore, and let the fun begin!

"Deathwish" Danny Williams vs. "TNT" Taylor Nicholas Thompson

- TNT by Danny's match, but only just. I actually have a bad feeling about this match...

Double Jeopardy (Quiz and Show) vs. Crowe and Dante Crane

- DJ hasn't really had a chance to look strong because of the tournament, and their first defense is a fucking dandy here. I say... them, because I have a few dozen spots to use against DJ when I get my God Damn belt back :P.

Edwin MacPhisto vs. Nathaniel "Silent" Kibagami

- Jesus H. Christ, it's the match we'd never thought we'd see. In all honesty, this is almost definitely the last match for both men, and we are almost certainly gonna see some spine-snapping action. I say draw via double ref count.

Dace Night (representing "Grand Slam" Mark Stevens) vs. Bastion (representing the Hville Thugg) vs. Michael Craven (representing the Suicide King)

- I can't believe I'm saying this, but I can actually see Craven winning this. I see his affinity with the slighty over-the-top action ruling the day and pulling it out for King.

AND THE MAIN EVENT…

"THE SUPERIOR ONE" TOM FLESHER VS. "JUDGE MENTAL" WILLIAM HEARFORD

- One year ago, I was fighting in the ME of Countdown for the JL World Title. Now I'm fighting in the ME of Genesis for the SWF World Title. Hopefully that luck will carry over here. Anyways... no prediction.

All my predictions are pretty pointless as I havn't read that many WF shows. But I'm giving them anyway :)

Ejiro Fasaki vs. "The Maori Badass" Va'aiga

- Ejiro

"The Sinner" John Duran vs. English Dragon

- No predict...we matched up once in the JL, with Duran beating me down...hopefully I'll put up a better fight this time. Should be a fun match either way, I hope.

Jay Dawg vs. The Boston Strangler

- TBS

"The Franchise" Mak Francis vs. "The Sacred One" Andrew Blackwell

- Mr. Mak

Wildchild vs. Johhny "The Barracuda" Dangerous

- I always vote for men named after fish.

"Deathwish" Danny Williams vs. "TNT" Taylor Nicholas Thompson

- Danny

Double Jeopardy (Quiz and Show) vs. Crowe and Dante Crane

- If Supes isnt writing, have to go with teh challengers.

Edwin MacPhisto vs. Nathaniel "Silent" Kibagami

- no clue at all. not even going to try.

Dace Night (representing "Grand Slam" Mark Stevens) vs. Bastion (representing the Hville Thugg) vs. Michael Craven (representing the Suicide King)

-Dace.

But I don't think any of the characters will be the same after this one..... *has visions of Grand Slam chasing King with a weedwhacker* mwhahahahahahaha

After a care filled thought process, I have come to the conclusion that Judge/Tom is too close to call... originally I gave the nod to Flesher, but in the spirit of my tag partner, I'm not picking this match. I don't know why, but Kibagami's post on the match actually changed my mind. Odd.

Ejiro Fasaki vs. "The Maori Badass" Va'aiga

- Ejiro on a hunch.

"The Sinner" John Duran vs. English Dragon

- Decay v Decay. Gotsta go with Duran.

Jay Dawg vs. The Boston Strangler

- Uh... Strangler. Why the fuck is Jay Dawg even booked?

"The Franchise" Mak Francis vs. "The Sacred One" Andrew Blackwell

- I could see Francis going over here, though *why* is beyond me. That said, Blackwell.

Wildchild vs. Johhny "The Barracuda" Dangerous

- Wildchild is the safe choice, but I'm CRAZY and going with Johnny.

"Deathwish" Danny Williams vs. "TNT" Taylor Nicholas Thompson

- I'm thinking Danny. I don't know, however.

Double Jeopardy (Quiz and Show) vs. Crowe and Dante Crane

- This match had best rule, whether it's our interpretation or theirs.

Edwin MacPhisto vs. Nathaniel "Silent" Kibagami

- It's safe to say the outcome is predetermined, I'd think. However, I don't know which outcome it is. Push.

Dace Night (representing "Grand Slam" Mark Stevens) vs. Bastion (representing the Hville Thugg) vs. Michael Craven (representing the Suicide King)

- King retains control.

AND THE MAIN EVENT…

"THE SUPERIOR ONE" TOM FLESHER VS. "JUDGE MENTAL" WILLIAM HEARFORD

- Sigh. This match parallels, to a degree, my match with Judge last year... I was the heavy favorite (God knows why, but I was) to take control of the fed with the bumping of CIA and Mak Francis, in a match with Fugue, Thor, and Judge. I got overconfident, I threw together 7000 words and Judge flat stomped me. I don't deny this. Judge then proceeded to usher in a new era in the JL, leading to the rise of Wildchild, Ejiro, and Johnny, among others, whilst I faded into the background, only to reemerge in another title tournament.

The differences are simple. Tom is far from anything like me, and he knows that he has to put something spectacular together. Judge is a fresh challenger here, having been primarily a tag wrestler until this month. Thus, he's going to come at it with his all, and probably accomplish one of two things.

a) He'll come up for air at 3000 words and run out of ideas.

or

b) He will write the match of his fucking life.

Obviously, the likely choice here is b. However, we've seen several people pull out the match of their lives against Tom, only to get defeated. So the real question is will Judge end up like Strangler, who pulled out a HELL of a match to come up just short, or like Thoth, who pulled out a HELL of a match and became the champ?

The change begins now. Judge to become champ.

Ejiro Fasaki vs. "The Maori Badass" Va'aiga

---> Ejiro Fasaki. His name is almost as fun to say as El Luchadooooooooooooore Magniiiiiiiiificooooooooooooo's, so he's my new safe bet.

"The Sinner" John Duran vs. English Dragon

---> Time-limit draw. :P

Jay Dawg vs. The Boston Strangler

---> Strangler.

"The Franchise" Mak Francis vs. "The Sacred One" Andrew Blackwell

---> Sacred.

Wildchild vs. Johhny "The Barracuda" Dangerous

---> I really don't care. This will be a great read no matter what. I'll guess Wildchild, just for guessing's sake.

"Deathwish" Danny Williams vs. "TNT" Taylor Nicholas Thompson

---> Could go either way, so I'm playing favorites and saying TNT.

Double Jeopardy (Quiz and Show) vs. Crowe and Dante Crane

---> Double Jeopardy. They have the better name, and that's how tag title reigns work nowadays.

Edwin MacPhisto vs. Nathaniel "Silent" Kibagami

---> Could it be a cowrite? For some reason I doubt it. You can't spell Edwin without win, and that's what he does. An awful lot, actually.

Dace Night (representing "Grand Slam" Mark Stevens) vs. Bastion (representing the Hville Thugg) vs. Michael Craven (representing the Suicide King)

---> Lord knows I'll be rooting for Craven, but I'll refrain from making an actual prediction, as any of the three could take it.

AND THE MAIN EVENT…

"THE SUPERIOR ONE" TOM FLESHER VS. "JUDGE MENTAL" WILLIAM HEARFORD
