Test Breaks his Foot

Recommended Posts

From 1wrestling.

We got word that Test suffered a foot injury, believed to be a break, at the Friday house show in Louisville, KY. Test teamed up with Chris Jericho and Christian to take on Rob Van Dam, Lance Storm and Shane McMahon in a Louisville Streetfight. The finish saw Shane do a Van Terminator on Test and that is where the injury occurred, from the impact of Shane’s move.

For those curious, WrestleMania tickets have not yet been printed by Ticketmaster. So, if you ordered yours and haven’t received it yet, that’s why.

John Farrimond sent this one. … Here is a WWE job listing that your readers might be interested in. It's on the UTA job postings, an LA agency. I just love the note that the applicant should be ego-less. As we know, there is no room for anyone's ego except a McMahon.!

Assistant needed at WWE Films, the film and television arm of World Wrestling Entertainment. Applicants should be self-starting, thorough, creative, ego-less, take pride in their work, and have a knowledge of the "who's" and "where's" of the movie and TV business. Salary commensurate with experience. Position open immediately. Fax resumes to: (310) 285-9914.

Hmm...what's the bigger funny here...

that he was hurt with an RVD move done by someone other than RVD (It's the moveset!!! Not the man!!!)

That I'll laugh every time he yells "BOOT!" from now on...

OR that Shane is working houseshows showing up everyone else on RAW and not just Kane.

...

That should be a poll.

Well, since Shane is the one who broke Test's foot, can we pray that Test will stop being his friend and therefore stopped getting undeserved pushes every four months?

This is great news,I hope he stays out for a while so we dont have to put up with this 5 month test/steiner/stacy storyline.

Broken foot? Wow--now Test has something else in common with Orton and Steiner.

Sucks for Test, because breaking something, especially something as vital to your career and basic life functions as a foot, sucks for anyone....

....plus, he might actually become even WORSE a worker now.

Doesn't matter, though, because Shane's going to still get pushed. If a wrestler did it, though...

The only thing in jeapordy of being punished is RVD's moveset.

I bet they told him he could NEVER do that move again even though it was Shane that did it.

I'd bet.

So how'd he break his foot? I still don't get how that move can cause it. Was he standing and took the move wrong?

This will now be used as another reason RVD shouldn't be pushed. Even though RVD didn't actually, you know, DO the move....it's still his so he must be considered responsible, right?

And fuck Shane McMahon. Like I said in another topic, it's total disrespect for him to be using a finishing move of a guy in the same company - not to mention, even in the same match!! It's time somebody ends this McMahon Ego-Fuck. It's out of control.

On the bright side, this should make for a good topic when RVD makes another appearance on the radio.

The Van Terminator isn't really his "finishing" move.

Besides, he's not the only one to use a Frog Splash.

I agree mostly, but not on those grounds. It's disrespectful to use a move RVD created and is credited for. It's even more disrespectful that they attempt to give it a unique name.

What a unique injury from a VanTerminator.

About the Shane using the VanTerminator with RVD in the match issue: At least RVD wasn't holding the chair or garbage can, or whatever, for Shane.

The report didn't say he wasn't.

I've always considered the Van Terminator to be RVD's Beyond Finisher.

You know how on Power Rangers, there was MegaZord and Dragonzord, and then MegaDragonZord, but if that wasn't enough they'd pull out UltraZord and you just KNEW that was it? And how Vader had the power bomb, and thne the Vader Bomb, but then he'd pull out the moonsault to really nail the coffin shut? Well, it's Rolling Thunder-->***** Frog Splash or Van Daminator-->Van Terminator

Oh, this was from last night? I thought it was from the one of Friday when Stacy set up the garbage can.

It was from Friday's show.

Last night's show wasn't injury-free either, it seems, as Rodney Mack might be on the shelf now.

Thank GOD Mark Henry still seems healthy.

Personally, I just love how within a week or so of an order from management to the workers to (yet again) tone down their style, Shane McMahon breaks someone's foot.
