They don't mention that he violates it every single week - with no punishment for doing so. how so? He was provoked by Steiner and Stacy in his eyes so he didn;t break any rules... In his eyes--like that matters? He wasn't physically provoked by Stacy. Didn't Stacy give the can back to Austin and hitting his chest? That's provoking from Austin's view point...
