Guest Dave O'Neill, Journalist Posted October 23, 2003 Report Posted October 23, 2003 I hope everyone ( and i spefically mean syxx2001 and Mad Dog) here is happy that Jeff, And Daddy, and Uncle Dutch have gotten there way, and Styles was buried last night. Please AJ, call the WWE, Velocity is better than this hell your'e in. Just look at Ron Killings. Next week, Raven gets to job to that worthless ack of shit Vampiro. Again, I hope everyone is happy. Pushing Sonjay Dutt? Please, he's an overrated spotmonkey. "OOH, he can do a 630". I'm sure he can, It's a fabulous way to break your neck. Jobbing AMW to two unknown fucks? Great plan Dutch. I mean, dont get me wrong, I hate AMW aswell, but this is ridiculous. But Hey, this is TNA, where we job out anbody more over than the almighty JJJ And next week, his reign of terror begins, against Brian Knobs. I hope everyone is living it up, because this "promotion" is DEAD Fuck Jarrett
Michrome Posted October 23, 2003 Report Posted October 23, 2003 You know, I'm about as negative about TNA as anyone on these boards, but I really do want them to succeed. You seem to want them to fail. There is no way Raven is jobbing next week, unless CM Punk turns heel on Raven, even though he should never have to, cause they already hate each other in EVERY OTHER FUCKING INDY IN AMERICA. God. However, if they do the Raven vs. Punk feud on TNA I will probably be ordering the shows more often, because Punk on the microphone=$$$$ AJ is back to the X Division, and I think they will be splitting off feuds to Chris Daniels vs. Chris Sabin and AJ Styles vs. Michael Shane. Styles will be the one to take it off Shane, and hell, if they insist on Hogan-Jarrett as the ME feud, I'd love to see Daniels-Sabin, and eventually Daniels-Styles. On Sonjay Dutt: You don't know what you're talking about. Check out some of his Indy work where he gets to work matches more than 6 minutes long, he can work full matches that are not spotty at all. The fact that he's booked in 4 minute matches where he can do nothing but spots doesn't mean he can't do anything else.
Guest Dave O'Neill, Journalist Posted October 23, 2003 Report Posted October 23, 2003 Oh, believe me, i want them to succced, but not with Jarrett's constant booking himself as some sort of superhero. I'm betting dollars to donuts Hogan's knee injury clears up before WM XX Best. Timed. Knee .Injury. Ever They wont do Raven - Punk, because Raven is being Buried. I've seen plenty of Sonjay Dutt's FWA stuff, and it stinks. Spotmonkey. Way to kill the X Division worse than it already is
Michrome Posted October 23, 2003 Report Posted October 23, 2003 Well clearly it's not worth arguing the Sonjay point with you, since you have it set in your mind that he can't work good matches, even though I'm sure a lot of promoters around the country would disagree. And I think they will do Raven-Punk, because MONEY is the biggest motivator, and I think they know that this feud can draw money.
Guest Dave O'Neill, Journalist Posted October 23, 2003 Report Posted October 23, 2003 If they wanted to draw, theyd do Raven-JJJ, except Jarrett wont do that because he knows therll be riots when he makes Raven job to him
JustJoe2k5 Posted October 23, 2003 Report Posted October 23, 2003 How exactly was A.J. Styles buried last night?
JustJoe2k5 Posted October 23, 2003 Report Posted October 23, 2003 I'm sure Jeff Jarrett also had a hand in the Raven feud being the first thing highlighted on the show and A.J. Styles getting his very own promotional commercial.
Guest Dave O'Neill, Journalist Posted October 23, 2003 Report Posted October 23, 2003 How exactly was A.J. Styles buried last night? How exactly was A.J. Styles buried last night? The result was never in doubt The result was pointless because it makes no sense for Jarrett to have the belt if Hogan isnt coming in The match was less than 15 minutes long
Guest Salacious Crumb Posted October 23, 2003 Report Posted October 23, 2003 HOW WAS AJ BURIED WHEN HE FUCKING KICKED OUT OF A STROKE ONTO A STEEL CHAIR?!?!?! God why are you even complaining you've already admitted that you don't even watch the shows and just d/l matches off of Kazaa.
Guest Dave O'Neill, Journalist Posted October 23, 2003 Report Posted October 23, 2003 Not Any More I'm not, Im buying tapes from an English website
Guest TDinDC1112 Posted October 23, 2003 Report Posted October 23, 2003 1. AJ was built up more last night than he has been in the last 4 months of TNA. 2. You have no idea what you're talking about in calling Sonjay Dutt a "spot-monkey." 3. There is no way Raven loses next week - the feud is between him and Mitchell, not him and Vampiro, but I'm sure you know that because you watch all the shows. If you don't watch the shows, then you have no right to comment. 4. AMW won last night, they didn't job. Also, it was a great match, and if you follow wrestling, then you would know that The Naturals aren't a couple of nobodies.
eirejmcmahon Posted October 23, 2003 Report Posted October 23, 2003 Best. Timed. Knee .Injury. Ever I disagree with a lot of what you say but I'm with you on this.
Guest Dynamite Kido Posted October 23, 2003 Report Posted October 23, 2003 If they wanted to draw, theyd do Raven-JJJ, except Jarrett wont do that because he knows therll be riots when he makes Raven job to him Honestly, I like Raven. But how the hell is Raven/Jarrett such a draw? And uhhhh......Raven already jobbed to him, and I don't think anyone started a riot.
Guest dvkorn Posted October 23, 2003 Report Posted October 23, 2003 Saying AJ was buried is more of a pile of shit than a pile of shit.... AJ kicked out of:.... a stroke onto a chair... a middle rope TKO.. a chair shot... and he reversed the figure four... in the space of like 12 minutes... there was no way that AJ looked crap from this match... You are full of complete and utter bullshit...
King Cucaracha Posted October 23, 2003 Report Posted October 23, 2003 I hope everyone is living it up, because this "promotion" is DEAD If it's dead, maybe you should leave the folder then. After a good show, with good matches amost without exception, the fact remains you don't lke Jeff Jarrett, and have over-reacted. Completely. Plus, your other arguements are bullshit as well. The Naturals are nobodies? Sonjay Dutt is just a spot monkey? Raven-Jarrett would be a draw...well, you're a hopeless Raven mark, so you would say that. You hate Jarrett, we get the point already. Just because one guy wanted it to be ECW 1997 all over again isn't happy, doesn't mean a promotion is dead.
Zack Malibu Posted October 23, 2003 Report Posted October 23, 2003 You apparently aren't too familiar with Sonjay Dutt, since JERELLE CLARK is the man famous for the 630 splash.
Guest Devin Posted October 23, 2003 Report Posted October 23, 2003 If I dedicated half as much time on something I love, as 1 inch dedicates to wrestling companies he hates, I could accomplish anything. That, or I'd have no life.
The Ghost of bps21 Posted October 23, 2003 Report Posted October 23, 2003 I knew this would be coming as soon as Jarrett won back the title... but saying Styles was buried last night is a joke. Styles has been handed a terrible title reign (booked by his on air manager...who is no longer booking shows BTW) and last night was pretty much the first time in 4 months that Styles looked STRONG (except for the Raven match where he kicked out of a bunch of should be finishes). He was given a great promo, and totally dominated the match only losing after several cheat spots. No one wanted Jarrett to win. But Styles looks better today than he did yesterday.
Guest Dave O'Neill, Journalist Posted October 23, 2003 Report Posted October 23, 2003 That, or I'd have no life No, I have no life You apparently aren't too familiar with Sonjay Dutt, since JERELLE CLARK is the man famous for the 630 splash. Theyre all the same anyway, and theyre all spotmonkeys Honestly, I like Raven. But how the hell is Raven/Jarrett such a draw? And uhhhh......Raven already jobbed to him, and I don't think anyone started a riot. Well, the Heels Section kicked up a fuss, and funnily enough, JJJ had them removed. HAH AMW won last night, they didn't job Yeah I know, stupid observer. Saying that AMW still suck, to the point where VKM wont even go near them, and WHO THE FUCK ARE THE NATURALS???????? Also, here's a legit point that i hope certain people will tolerate. TNA talks with Hogan TNA announces 3Hour PPV, somewhere else from Nashville Hogan sees that TNA is a joke populated by 3 famous names, and a bunch of Velocity no-hopers and bails. TNA cancels the 3 hour show. Great move by JJJ to tell your roster that you arent good enough for a big show.
Astro101 Posted October 23, 2003 Report Posted October 23, 2003 I'd probably remove the heel section too if they threw crap into the ring.
Guest Dave O'Neill, Journalist Posted October 23, 2003 Report Posted October 23, 2003 Freedom Of Expression Hey!!! That was the night Jarrett tried to cut Raven's legs out from under him, and failed. God I remember that, thats the reason Raven is now beiing buried in a feud with a manager
SamoaRowe Posted October 23, 2003 Report Posted October 23, 2003 Did TNA really cancel the 3-hour show or are you just saying that?
Astro101 Posted October 23, 2003 Report Posted October 23, 2003 Freedom of expression...yea, that's good and everything but maybe it's just me. Maybe I'm the only one who thinks people in the audience shouldn't throw stuff into the ring. About the Raven thing, well, I disagree. That's all.
SamoaRowe Posted October 23, 2003 Report Posted October 23, 2003 Did TNA really cancel the 3-hour show or are you just saying that? Oh... okay, I just found my answer in another thread.... that's bloody awful
ChrisMWaters Posted October 23, 2003 Report Posted October 23, 2003 Freedom Of Expression Yeah, freedom of expression is fine until someone slips and breaks a limb. VERBAL freedom of expression at a show is good. PHYSICAL freedom of expression is how someone can get injured if you're not careful. That's why at the last few wrestling events I was at, they urged the fans not to throw anything in the ring.
Guest Salacious Crumb Posted October 23, 2003 Report Posted October 23, 2003 It's not freedom of expression. It's called endangering other people. If you go to shows that gets you thrown out. They used to specifically tell you at WCW shows not to do it.
Guest Dave O'Neill, Journalist Posted October 23, 2003 Report Posted October 23, 2003 Yeah, It's fucking terrible Ernie, I'm distraught
ChrisMWaters Posted October 23, 2003 Report Posted October 23, 2003 Yeah, It's fucking terrible, I'm distraught Let me ask you something...if you were in their place, would YOU be happy about it? Would YOU be happy about someone endangering your career? Or are you too blinded just because it's your version of Satan that you don't care?
Guest Salacious Crumb Posted October 23, 2003 Report Posted October 23, 2003 Do you realize that you have a greater chance of hurting other fans instead of whoever your aiming at?
Guest Dave O'Neill, Journalist Posted October 23, 2003 Report Posted October 23, 2003 I was "distraught" about them cancelling a show As for the throwing garbage into the ring. WCW told fans not to do it, AND booked Jarrett on top, and look at where they are now
