The OaO 2003-2004 NBA Season Thread!

Recommended Posts

The Anthony Carter issue is moot. Tony Parker is expected back in the lineup by Saturday. Carter is a veteran backup point guard and will back up Parker competently.

However, he will be eaten alive tonight by Marbury. Bank on that.

some questions on the NBA

#1- can you sign players who weren't drafted as 'free agents'?

#2- do the NBA teams have official farm leagues that they can get talent from (maybe in mid-season, if they have to)

#3- How long has the draft been 2 rounds?

Go Marion! I need a big game from you for my fantasy team :P

I have a couple fantasy players in the Mavs/Lakers game

Walker and Malone

I would have had Glenn Robinson playing tonight in the 76er's game but his dumb ass got suspended

That suspension's been known about for months now. Its the hazards of drafting him.

Basketball does have the NBDL. Its sort of a minor league, except players aren't attached to a big club.

If John Salmons, of the Sixers, ever get 35 minutes a game, he is going to be a stud.

With Snow, McKie, and AI, the Sixers suddenly have depth at guard.
