I always liked Andre the Giant and Haku's hairstyle. Rip Rodgers once had a great hairstyle happening in a tag match against Luger and Sting in WCW. He had about 5 short pink ponytails if memory serves me right pointing out in every direction. Classic.

I'll second Jericho and Raven, circa 1998. I also really liked Charlie Haas' hair when he first entered WWE, when he had the sides closely shaved and the top was somewhat shaggy with blonde streaks. I'm considering copying that, seeing as how I already have my hair cropped short on the sides/back and slightly longer on top for spiking purposes, so it wouldn't take much.
