Bill O'Reilly Vs. Ludacris pt 2

Recommended Posts

It's something us white guys made up to bitch about. Basically a "me-too" complex that deals with government benefits. Has something to do with all of those white people being fired because a company has to hire X amount of black employees, which I'm sure just runs rampant in the job market.

wouldn't reverse racism be liking people solely on the basis of their color?

or...

or would it be not thinking that a persons traits are a result of their race. Hmmm.

Just wanted to comment that I have read Oreilly's 3rd book (I dont have it here with me at school so I can't quote it) but I will be the 3rd to verify that the "humpcaps" comment was taken completely out of context (Bill was volunteering his time to host a black youth charity I think to raise money for inner city kids something like that) and misunderstood (I think the kids were late or something and he was asked to stall for them so he referenced some comic or cartoon or something joking if they were stealing humpcaps, it had nothing to do with race) and indeed the book verifies that not only were the people in charge of this event totally behind him but invited him back to host next year's event and indeed the Post had to retract the story.

Continue on, I just don't like it when people libel someone to prove a point...

Bill O' Reily is a fucking hypocrite and in my opinion a fucking borderline racist.

Examples of racism?

Does comparing the Koran to Mein Kampf count?

Oreilly makes an excellent point. The issue is was a school FORCING the kids as part of the MANDATORY curriculum to read the Koran to "better understand the enemy", Bill rightfully pointed out how ridiculous it is to FORCE them to read it, and compared it to forcing kids to read Mein Kampf during WWII to "understand our enemy". He proved to be right, and the school made it optional reading.

Just because you don't like Bill stop taking things he says out of context to make him look bad...

I'm not surprised that no one was offended by the fact that a book was read to "better understand the enemy", that being Muslims. That's not right, although for some reason I don't think that many would agree with me on these here boards.

No.

Oh, and I have to get this off my chest -- So there I was today at my local Wal-Mart when I see a big ol' display of Schindler's List DVDs. To think Spielberg is profiting off the deaths of all those Jews just offends me to no end. And to make it worse, List portrays my people, the Germans, in such a negative light (OK, so I may not be German, I don't bother to figure out where I came from, but I MIGHT be). I mean, why couldn't he have made them Ewoks or something?

I'm waiting for the NY Times to give this guy a good thrashing...

"Out of context"? Come on. Everyone uses that as an excuse when they're called out on something stupid they've said. O'Reilly has already proven himself to be a liar (party affiliation, phantom awards, ect) and a shill. Anything he says should be taken with a grain of salt. In essense, O'Reilly doesn't need anyone to make him look bad, he does that all by himself.

Seriously, why trust a guy who lies and appeals to the pseudo-macho crowd?

KISSIMMEE, FL (AP) -- A surprise visit by rapper Ludacris to a central Florida high school gave some much-needed diversion to students who'd experienced a string of tragedies in the past year.

The concert came in response to an e-mail from sophomore class president Nada Taha, who explained the school's rough year after the death of two classmates in a drag race and the loss of a beloved English teacher to breast cancer.

With state testing coming up, Taha asked Ludacris to come and "help our school regain the once-lost spirit and make a difference in our lives."

"I get a lot of e-mails," the rapper told the Orlando Sentinel after the performance. "I knew we could make it possible because we were in town and with all the people here passing away, we felt like it was a good thing to do."

Already in town for a performance at Orlando's House of Blues, Ludacris and fellow rappers Chingy and David Banner gave a 30-minute performance that set off screams and cheers from the over 2,000 students in attendance.

Ludacris also donated $5,000 to the school district's fund-raising arm, the Osceola County Foundation for Education. The money came from his Ludacris Foundation, a nonprofit group that provides gifts, grants and scholarships to youth organizations.

There's an obvious double standard here; white people that complain about reverse discrimination will not acknowledge racism that goes the other way unless it's ridiculously obvious, yet to find a base for most of their reverse discrimination claims they'll go overboard and exaggerate.

It's just music people. MUSIC! Why don't we just censor every movie in which someone gets shot up by Ahnold or any other hero? Because we'd be fucking pussies that's why. But what else do you expect from a country where people are so fucking high strung that a nipple causes such an uproar. All of that getting worked up over a tit. That's even more violent, yet no one complains? It's all art, and I use the word loosely. If it's not real than you can't complain. But than it's exaggerated as to how every child in the world be influenced and how we should just get him to shut his mouth. Never mind the fact that he's ACTUALLY given money and donated to various charities. Yeah, he's a REAL danger to children. I don't care what he's done in the past, the fact of the matter he's never been arrested as far as I can tell, and he is most likely a law abiding citizen at this point.

That's much more offensive and "influential to our youth" than whatever Ludacris raps about. He probably won't point that out though.

I love how when someone says something you don't like they're bad people, but when you don't care or agree they're brave for speaking their opinion. What a load of shit.
