spman 0 Report post Posted March 16, 2004 I'm sure the shows are probobly poor qualkity (as far as DVDs go) becsue they are direct VHS to DVD rips. Plus its pretty tough to get six straight hours of video on once DVD without degrading the picture quality a lot. Add in the fact that thy likely edited out any reference to "WWF" and edited out the voice of likeness of any worker that might possibly sue them, and you have one craptacular DVD. Europe uses different "Region" DVD players than us, plus they have different formats of TVs. Usually the Region and format will be listed on an online DVD listing. Yes, you can play it on a PS2, but if it is an American PS2 you'd need something like this: http://www.lik-sang.com/info.php?category=...oducts_id=2775&

AndrewTS 0 Report post Posted March 17, 2004 http://www.dvdoverseas.com/dvd.htm http://www.vidmarc.demon.co.uk/mondo-erotico/dvdPlayer.html Some info I hope is helpful. ^ You might have difficulty locating an all-region DVD player here in the States, so that gizmo for the PS2 isn't a bad deal at all. Guest I Got Banned for Sucking Report post Posted March 17, 2004 No, a Sony Playstation 2 cannot as a region-free player for anything, unless you purchase a special disc. The first DVD player that I ever purchased (which was a Teac) allowed a code to be entered in to change the region, but that was because it was a fairly cheap player, and, while in colour, Region 1 DVDs shook around. The United Kingdom get The Wrestling Channel, free WWE Pay-Per-Views and these exclusive DVDs? What the fuck? Well, WWE are stopping giving them free Pay-Per-Views on Sky from now on, any way... At first, I thought that those DVDs were available from WWEShopzone.com, and I was going to make like Deon.

The U.K. DVDs are two-disc sets, so the picture quality probably wouldn't be that bad. At first, I thought that those DVDs were available from WWEShopzone.com, and I was going to make like Deon. If Deon was creaming over the possibility of WrestleMania IV on DVD, I'd hate to be his keyboard if Rico ever won a singles title.
Guest Anglesault Report post Posted March 17, 2004 Honestly, I've never heard someone get excited over the idea of Wrestlemania Bore taking up four hours of their time on a regular basis. Anyway, I'm assigning one of you DVD people to find out about a Volume 2 to the Flair set.
