Your most prized possession

My friend has a World War II medal that his grandpa stole form a dead Italian soldier and and a piece of clothing from a Russian soldier that looked like it was burnt. He treats them like they were his child. Me, I don't have anything really old or valueable and I'd have to think really hard about what I treasure the most. So while I think about it, share with us what you value the most.

Here's a hitnt: It's in my pants.

OK, seriously, I don't think I have anything like that, but I do cherrish by Baseball card collection. I don't even know how many I have anymore but it's only near the 10,000 mark.

Probably this stuffed animal I've had since I was five years old. It's Snoopy in a freakin' pink bunny suit, complete with ears on the hood. Like from A Christmas Story. It means so much because I had it when we still lived in Moses Lake, and.. yeah. Childhood memories.

Har Har. Seems like a logical prized possession for a man though.

i have two, both of them from my stay in Florida in 2002.

One is a picture my roommate drew for me. His name was Herminio and he LOVED comic books...and so I based a superhero around him named Superminio. So for Xmas he drew the character in ink and framed it for me. It's a big reminder of him and his kooky nature.

The other is something I bought with money my mother gave me for my birthday ... it is a 1 in a 1000 limited edition "pin set" that features 7 golden pins...

1. Walt Disney's picture in black/white with gold trim

2. His signature

3. A small pin that reads...

"Somehow I Can't Believe There Are Many Heights That Can't Be Scaled By A Man Who Knows The Secret Of Making Dreams Come True.

This Special Secret, It Seems To Me, Can Be Summarized In Four C's. They Are Curiosity, Confidence, Courage And Constancy And The Greatest Of These Is Confidence.

When You Believe A Thing, Believe It All Over, Implicitly And Unquestioningly."

4-7. Each of the surrounding pins features one of the 4 C's.

I love it and I'll cherish it forever.

Damn, I miss Florida.

I would say that mine would be my DVD/video game collection, a selection of books/magazines that I have and official WWE Tour merch.

Maybe my juvenile detention shirt. They brought me in with no shirt (yee haw), so when I left they let me keep the uniform shirt. I've since worn it during many significant events, as it's kind of become my lucky shirt.

The two (i think the term is charms for the little dealies that you put on your necklace)

Just to confirm, I'm fairly sure you got the term correct. I don't know anyone that wears more than one thing on a necklace, but that is the correct term for a bracelet.

My autographed Kiddie Oilers Jersey (you know, those T-Shirts they had, that weren't really jerseys, but considered the little guys consider them jerseys) signed in 1990 by then Stanley Cup Champion, Craig Simpson. I still got it, along with the pics of the whole thing. It was like only a day or a few after we last won the Stanley Cup.

The greatest memory I've had in a long time, as I remember that I was crying my heart out cause my favorite player wasn't there and that he was late and probably not going to make it (stupid traffic holding him up). So like right as I'm ending my crying fit, guess who showed up? Yeah, I felt so foolish back then when he comes striding into the room. Of course, I feel more of a fool when I almost ran him down to greet him entering the room. Took like everyone to keep me from greeting my hero.

Got pictures of the whole thing, getting to hold Lord Stanley. Felt so great, being like 7 and being with my Hero. Of course, that's about the only grand thing of my life.

I've got nothing else to say "wowwie!" And even that thing isn't all that much.

Obviously my winning smile.

-I cherish the pictures of me from 5th-7th grades being hoisted up by the Legion of Doom, sitting in Nick Bockwinkel's lap, posing with Bret Hart, getting Diamond-Cut by DDP, and an autographed photo from Bobby Heenan.

-A tape of the day I was on The Bozo Super Sunday Show and tried to

balance a book on my head with no luck is up there too. I won a box of Matt's chocolate chip cookies. It was worth it.

-My MP3 player, now with over 2,000 minutes of music.

-Memories of fishing with my grandfather in Mukwonago

My Edge autograph.

Nah, just kidding. Actually, I'm not much of a possession person. I guess if I had to pick one thing to bring, it'd be my childhood stuffed animal. Punkinhead, yo. Or my pictures of Edge that I have aquired through my, oh, 5 years of stalking. One or the other.

I think my life peaked at age 9 to 12. That doesn't bode well for the rest of my life now does it.

They are on two shelves, with the DVDs and games carefully racked, with pillow cases over them for protection.
