Guest Askewniverse Posted November 14, 2004 Report Posted November 14, 2004 City Guys was good because it was more "updated" and they didn't have cheesy plots, instead dealing with real issues like gun control, drugs, and date rape. USA High was cool, but I didn't watch much second season. City Guys also had an urban setting (hence the name) and minorities as a major part of its main cast, which made it different (in a good way) from other Engel shows. I didn't like the second season of USA High as much as the first. Part of the reason was that I didn't like Excess as much as Lazz. The series finale was decent, though. Peter Engel made a guest appearance as the chancellor.

After having been a major character for a shows entire run, they slap him in a role during a lower rung show's second season? I'll agree, Lazz was much better. Regarding California Dreams, I think that's the show that got better as time went on. The original stories with the Garrison family are probably my least favorite eps. Once Sam and Jake came aboard it got better, and I actually enjoyed the final cast (with Sly's cousin Mark and Lorena) the best.

(fake british accent) My fav part is when they hide in the store window dreesed up in wedding garb with screech as the minister. and they keep arguing and everytime someone goes by they freeze. one point they are all grabbing for screechs throat.

I watched the Screech's Spaghetti Sauce episode a few days ago and Amy Weber was a guest-star. I thought Amy looked familiar when I saw her on the Diva Search and now I know why.

Because Elizabeth Berkley, during the show's final season, only agreed to do X-Number of episodes while TAT agreed to do Y number of episodes. Hence Berkley being AWOL in that episode and replaced with TAT.

There's no rollercoaster in Port Washington, Wisconsin.

Plus, this cast didn't totally suck like the ripoffs from the first one. Also of note: Natalia Cigliuti (sp?) who was Lindsay on The New Class lives in my area. Too bad she's married with child on the way.

College Years:Complete Series New Class Season 1 New Class Season 2 Those are all the releases out/known of thus far.

Anyone got anything they want me to ask him? cool, I mentioned earlier on this thread how I saw him in Las Vegas at the opening of the ESPN Zone. He seemd like a cool guy, signed autographs (i ddndt get one cuz I had nothing for him to sign and waved and smiled. He looked older so it was weird to me. I still have the video of that (i had my camcorder with me at the time in case any cleberities came out of the party and wouldnt you know it mr freakin belding walks out and I almosty totally marked out right there)

Carter was asked to stay on as Mylo when Good Morning, Miss Bliss became Saved by the Bell, but turned it down because he didn't like the deal they offered (had he stayed, The Max would have been Mylo's). Also, they wanted Heather Hopper, who played Nicki, to stay on, but her mother wanted her character and Zack to be equal, and the producers weren't willing to do that. I got his autograph and asked him about when he was seen in the crowd on Raw a few years ago, and he told me that he's a friend of Bill Goldberg. So, Mr. Belding is a totally great dude, not that you guys couldn't have figured that out by yourselves.
