JoeDirt 0 Report post Posted April 12, 2004 What will the WWE have to do between now and May 16 to get you to order Judgment Day? Or are you already going to order/steal it anyways?

Garth 0 Report post Posted April 12, 2004 Being realistic about it,a decent undercard would do me. But with the way things are on SD at the moment i doubt thats even possible, unless they truly let the cruisers shine, but nah that isn't happening anytime soon. Guest Mulatto Heat Report post Posted April 12, 2004 Being realistic about it,a decent undercard would do me. *surpresses laughter* Do tell, what will be a decent, realistic undercard? And don't tell me something like "London vs. _________" or "Ultimo vs. _________" because neither is going to happen. There's going to be one cruiserweight match total and it's probably going to be Rey vs. Chavo for the third time this year. Plus, there has to be something to make up for Cena/Dupree (they're going to have to do more than taunt each other) and Dudleys/Too Cool v.2 (be still my beating heart). *Awaits responses*

SamoaRowe 0 Report post Posted April 12, 2004 Good reports about Bradshaw vs Eddie matches from house shows. But so far, their house show encounters have received little to no acclaim.
The Ghost of bps21 0 Report post Posted April 12, 2004 I'll second the "it costing $0.00" idea. Eddy vs. Bradshaw...Cena vs. Dupree...Angle not working...Taker probably squashing Booker T...RVD and Charlie Hass locked in the feud no one cares about... Rey vs. Chavo will be good...just like the last dozen times.

Guest Man Of 1,004 Modes Report post Posted April 12, 2004 Simulatanious returns of Hulk Hogan & Bret HArt. And I am DEAD SERIOUS. Judgment Day card has NOTHING to offer that is worth $35. Bradshaw/Guerrero? Nope Cena/Dupree? Yeah, right. Duds/Too Cool II? Stale bread vs. rotten apples. Rey/Chavo? Seen it before.

Papacita 0 Report post Posted April 12, 2004 I'd buy it for a Klondike bar. Really, it all depends on whatever matches they offer. I'll wait to see a full lineup before I make a judgment.
Guest JumpinJackFlash Report post Posted April 12, 2004 Maybe WWE Creative will play Mad Libs: Eddy Guerrero vs. (heatless heal) in a (over the top gimmick match), and if (heatless heal) loses, he(or she) must (action verb) Eddy's (something champion owns) for (number) weeks. (Injured wrestler who is just making money by not wrestling) will be the special guest referee.
Guest Choken One Report post Posted April 12, 2004 I dont know how to salvage it...unless they decide to make the Bradshaw/Eddy match a "HUGE SMACKDOWN MAIN EVENT" instead to honor the #1 contender deal and slide Booker in. Here's Our Card Most Likely Bradshaw Vs Eddy Cena Vs Dupree Rey Vs Chavo Taker Vs Booker Haas Vs RVD Bashams Vs Dudleys Jindrak Vs Spike Unless they add like London/Kidman Vs Nunzio/Knoble...This card isn't worth the 3 bucks for beer at the bar. Guest wrestlingbs Report post Posted April 12, 2004 Have RVD turn heel and be managed by Paul Heyman. Then have him fight Eddie, one of the few guys he's had a great match with. And Have Bradshaw play the retarded character.
Guest Choken One Report post Posted April 12, 2004 I still pimp my NEW DANGEROUS ALLIANCE idea even though it'll never happen. It's so fucking easy to set up too RVD turns on Eddy in Tag match on SD...joins Haas and Show with Paul Heyman as the NEW DANGEROUS ALLIANCE. Throw in Paul London or Jamie Knoble as the CW rep of the ALLIANCE. And you got Eddy Vs RVD/HAAS/SHOW as the main event programs for the next 6 months...Give Cena and Mysterio a role as Eddy's backing... you got like a few months of material there. Guest OctoberBlood Report post Posted April 13, 2004 Since I only pay $12 for every PPV, I'll be ordering it anyways. BUT, having Bradshaw as the main event almost makes it not even worth 12 bucks.
Guest I Got Banned for Sucking Report post Posted April 13, 2004 Well, the Early Bird price is $21.90, which is if you pay around three days before the event - otherwise, it's about $35.00 I'll be ordering it no matter, for, as well as the Judgment Day commentary, the Pay-Per-View itself - that's just the way that I am with WWE - no matter how bad a Pay-Per-View is, I'll order it. AndrewTS 0 Report post Posted April 13, 2004 Them paying me 34.95 and having Trish sitting on my lap. Then I might watch it. *ding, ding* I get it for free when I go to the campus anyway, but whether I decide to spend the gas money to go see it (20 miles each way) depends on the card. It has to pass the "4 match" rule. If 4 matches look like they'll be very enjoyable, I'll bite. Going by the expected line up: Bradshaw vs. Eddy--no. Cena vs. Rene? Fuck that. Booker vs. Holly? Pffft... Dudleyz vs.--who the fuck has the tag belts now anyway? Anyway, nuh uh. Rey vs. Chavo again? Well, that'd be one. Angle isn't wrestling, either, so I doubt I'll bother making the trip. For comparison, here's a look at last year's: WWE Championship -- Stretcher Match Brock Lesnar def. Big Show After struggling to find a way to wheel the massive Big Show out on a stretcher, the WWE Champion came up with an ingenious plan. Brock hurried to the back while Rey Mysterio hit a 619 on the Big Show. But the mammoth Show managed to overpower Mysterio before long. Suddenly, Brock raced back onto the scene with a forklift! After a death-defying leap from the machine onto Big Show and a Death Valley Driver, Lesnar hoisted Show onto the forklift and sped away to maintain the title! World Heavyweight Championship Kevin Nash def. Triple H by disqualification The Game struck down the referee with a sledgehammer, earning a disqualification and ensuring that he would retain his title. Nash got even though by powerbombing the champion through a table! Women's Championship Jazz def. Trish Stratus, Jacqueline and Victoria Jazz first did away with Jacqueline, then retained her title by felling Trish with a DDT. Mr. American def. Rowdy Roddy Piper Thanks to the help of the young fan that had his prosthetic leg ripped off on last week's SmackDown! Mr. America was able to avoid the interference by Mr. McMahon and get the win. WWE Tag Team Championship -- Ladder Match Eddie Guerrero & Tajiri def. Team Angle Eddie Guerrero's choice to replace the injured Chavo in this match came up big. As Eddie tried to fend off Shelton Benjamin in a race for the suspended titles, Tajiri climbed the ladder and spewed green miss into Shelton's face, allowing Eddie to secure the titles! Christian won the Battle Royal for the Intercontinental Title Christian tossed Chris Jericho over the top rope during a Lionsault attempt, leaving the New People's Champion one-on-one with Booker T. The Bookerman dropped Christian over the top rope, but the referee didn't see it! Christian attacked Booker T with the IC Title and heaved his opponent out of the ring to become the new Intercontinental Champion! The FBI & John Cena def. Rhyno, Chris Benoit & Spanky The FBI nailed Spanky with the Kiss of Death and got the pinfall. Bikini Challenge Torrie def. Sable Torrie clinched the win by stripping down to a skimpy bikini that showed off all her goods. Afterwards, she made sure there were no hard feelings by seductively kissing Sable on the lips! La Resistance def. Test & Scott Steiner A double-team flapjack on Big Poppa Pump gave the young Frenchmen their first pay-per-view win. Crapfest. Well, it'll be the fourth year in a row JD sucked. Also, we're coming up on 5 years since Over the Edge '99... *sigh*
