Guest I Got Banned for Sucking Posted April 18, 2004 Report Posted April 18, 2004 A lot think so. I'm not so sure. It would have been possible had it not been for his previous alliance with Lance Cade. What do you think of him? What do you think is in store?
Kahran Ramsus Posted April 18, 2004 Report Posted April 18, 2004 I knew Lesnar would be a star the first night I saw him. Same with John Cena. Not with Jindrak. Really, all I see is the next Billy Gunn. I personally see more in Randy Orton than I do him.
Guest Man Of 1,004 Modes Posted April 18, 2004 Report Posted April 18, 2004 Who thinks so? No one around here thats for damn sure. Jindrak is one of the least over people in wrestling, has no stand out talent, and is just Vanilla Wrestler #24 with Move-set #46. Brock Lesnar had a GREAT look, like an unstoppable monster. He could actually wrestle (not great, but he could), and was able to get fans to boo/cheer him without dubbing it in from the production crew.
Lil' Bitch Posted April 18, 2004 Report Posted April 18, 2004 I was so happy for Mark when WWE finally decided to give him a gimmick. I used to a mark for Lex Luger when he was The Narcissist (which was way better than the All American schtick which was just WWE's pathetic attempt to replace Hulk Hogan). WWE even went as far as to remake the Narcissist theme plus he has Theodore Long to speak for himself, should be interesting I'd say.

Psh. Before SummerSlam, he had hardly any heat.
Guest Man Of 1,004 Modes Posted April 18, 2004 Report Posted April 18, 2004 By the way, Mark Jindrak is a WCW Creation. He loses already.

Psh. Before SummerSlam, he had hardly any heat. The goldberg chants he got counts though. Any reaction = good in wrestling as long as it isn't X-Pac heat, because the crowd cares enough to dislike him. One more minor note: Mark Jindrak was the only person who was drafted on Raw who got ZERO reaction from the crowd. Even Nidia got a few people reacting.
Guest I Got Banned for Sucking Posted April 18, 2004 Report Posted April 18, 2004 By the way, Mark Jindrak is a WCW Creation. He loses already. Yes, but he can still make a pretty big name for himself, even if he won't be "Vince's creation". Jindrak obviously doesn't have the amateur ability of Brock Lesnar, the body, but he does have the look, facially. Brock was shoved down our throats, and it paid off in the end - I don't know if that'll happen with Jindrak, but if it does, it will either work or be a complete disaster.
CanadianChick Posted April 18, 2004 Report Posted April 18, 2004 Well, she did take off her shirt. I'd imagine that'd get any chick a reaction. And I'm not denying that Jindrak has no heat right now. But he's hardly been on TV.
JoeDirt Posted April 18, 2004 Report Posted April 18, 2004 I'm no Jindrak fan, but if the guy does something so I don't have to see his dong flopping around when he wrestles I'll become his biggest mark in no time. EDIT: Wow, I wonder what Anglesault will have to say on this matter...
tommytomlin Posted April 18, 2004 Report Posted April 18, 2004 'A lot think so'? Who have you been talking to, his family?
Use Your Illusion Posted April 18, 2004 Report Posted April 18, 2004 This is fucking retarded. Who or what wants this worthless fucking idiot around here, seriously? The redeeming quality of this thread is zero and the thought put into it rivals the wit of a brick wall. Fucking ban him. Now. UYI
Guest Choken One Posted April 18, 2004 Report Posted April 18, 2004 the only resemblence between the two is They have a good mouthpiece behind them. THATS IT. Does that Make Mark Henry or Rod Mack the next BROCK LESNAR? NO FUCKING WAY.
Use Your Illusion Posted April 18, 2004 Report Posted April 18, 2004 So who here thinks Matt Morgan will be the next Steve Austin? A lot think so, you know.
Guest Man Of 1,004 Modes Posted April 18, 2004 Report Posted April 18, 2004 So who here thinks Matt Morgan will be the next Steve Austin? A lot think so, you know. Nah, WWE should sign Sonny Siaki. He's the next Rock I heard. Some people I never met said so.
AndrewTS Posted April 18, 2004 Report Posted April 18, 2004 From what I saw on Smackdown, it was clear to me without a shadow of a doubt that he can jump high, and he has a good dropkick. You just can't take that away from him.

You just can't take that away from him. Yeah, his dropkick was as great as that other main eventer, Jim Brunzell. He sure as heck went places in the WWF.
Use Your Illusion Posted April 18, 2004 Report Posted April 18, 2004 BBCW, you need to familiarise yourself with sarcasim.
Guest DeathBecomesYou Posted April 18, 2004 Report Posted April 18, 2004 Hey, the guys a good athlete, has a good look, can work a reasonable short TV style match and has a mouthpiece to do his promos for him, WWE have made stars out of less. And say what you want, but at least he has a gimmick now, some sort of identity. Like it or not, I think we're going to see how good jindrak can be over the next few months, as I sense that WWE might give him the Randy Orton push.
Use Your Illusion Posted April 18, 2004 Report Posted April 18, 2004 He needs the 'Narcissist Girls', ala WMIX, with their mirrors and pyro etc. *That* would be awesome. At least until the bell rung. UYI

Cuban Linx Posted April 18, 2004 Report Posted April 18, 2004 Jindrak isn't going to be the next anything. The WWE could stick any random vanilla wrestler from the OVW dropkick factory in his place and no one would know the difference.

CanadianChick Posted April 18, 2004 Report Posted April 18, 2004 I think you got what I meant. Seriously though, if they want Jindrak to get seriously over as someone who is hot, having Stacy and Dawn Marie, two very hot ladies hang around him would certainly help.
Guest Man Of 1,004 Modes Posted April 18, 2004 Report Posted April 18, 2004 The Lord knows sticking Test with Stacy got him over with the live crowds...Or that Shawn Staziak guy. He got way over with Stacy in his corner. Stacy should NOT be a manager/part of someones entourage because it doesn't help who she's with. Thats probably reason #1 why she should be released or taken off T.V. for a few months. Can anyone honestly say they watch RAW to see Stacy Keibler?
CanadianChick Posted April 18, 2004 Report Posted April 18, 2004 You pretty much missed my point there. Stacy would not be his manager, Teddy Long would. She would be what is the equivilent of Godfather's hos. Nothing more, nothing less.
Steviekick Posted April 18, 2004 Report Posted April 18, 2004 Jindrak isn't going to be the next anything. The WWE could stick any random vanilla wrestler from the OVW dropkick factory in his place and no one would know the difference. Ain't that the truth. All the recent OVW'rs that have come up are completely interchangable. The only thing Jindrak has going for him is that he's been paired with Long. The Lord knows sticking Test with Stacy got him over with the live crowds...Or that Shawn Staziak guy. Yeah...you are right. Stacy is pretty useless. She'd wind up overshadownig Jindrak (like Test and Stasiak).
Steviekick Posted April 18, 2004 Report Posted April 18, 2004 You pretty much missed my point there. Stacy would not be his manager, Teddy Long would. She would be what is the equivilent of Godfather's hos. Nothing more, nothing less. Yeah, but she's already too over to have such a secondary role. Dawn Marie would be a better choice. Stacy is popular enough to overshadow Jindrak and thus make him worthless.
Guest I Got Banned for Sucking Posted April 18, 2004 Report Posted April 18, 2004 I was impressed with him on SmackDown! - he didn't show the greenness of guys like Matt Morgan, Batista, Nathan Jones, etc.
Steviekick Posted April 18, 2004 Report Posted April 18, 2004 I will agree with you that Jindrak isn't as green as some of the others, but he's still really bland.
