haVoc 0 Report post Posted May 11, 2004 Brian Christopher was released from WWE last night following RAW. WWE had just brought Christopher back but was upset when he showed up late to a RAW house show over the weekend. Christopher was originally released from WWE back in 2001 due to drug problems. Guest Trivia247 Report post Posted May 11, 2004 Now he'll go back to TNA and bitch about Daddy again. The guy gets put on probational service with the WWE probably would spend a few months jobbing before getting transferred over to Smackdown to begin a push and he can't even show up on time? He got a second chance in life and screwed it up, I got no sympathies

ChrisMWaters 0 Report post Posted May 11, 2004 So now theres an empty spot in RAWs battle royal on Monday. I had the same exact thought! But who will they bring in for it?
Guest Salacious Crumb Report post Posted May 11, 2004 Well that's what happens when you sign a guy that can't even get steady indy work and when TNA had given up on the guy. Not that I'm sad to see him go or anything but isn't it kind of stupid to release a guy for being late to just one show?
Guest Brian Report post Posted May 11, 2004 I saw the headline on thew main page, and said the exact same thing as the subtitle. It pretty much writes itself.

Zack Malibu 0 Report post Posted May 11, 2004 This is almost as funny as Jeff Hardy's new DVD. Huh? Did I miss something? That's the first I've heard of that. Anyhow, I figure they could hype up a "mystery entrant", but in reality it probably will be Eugene who is entered in it, and I bet he makes it pretty far before his next victim (I call Cade) takes him out. Guest duck420 Report post Posted May 11, 2004 i seriously doubt they fired him for just one late show. he probably walked into the locker room and set down a big ass bag of blow and offered a line to sean michaels who was like uhhh dude look at the shirt. Fökai 0 Report post Posted May 11, 2004 This is almost as funny as Jeff Hardy's new DVD. Huh? Did I miss something? That's the first I've heard of that. ...from PWInsider: Jeff Hardy's website www.JeffNeroHardy.com is now selling a limited edition DVD featuring music videos and footage of Hardy driving his motorcycle on the track he had made on his property in North Carolina. The DVD is limited to 250. If anyone sees it, let me know how it is. It would certainly seem the current Kane-Lita-Matt storyline could set the stage for Jeff's return. Not that I'm sad to see him go or anything but isn't it kind of stupid to release a guy for being late to just one show? I think it's very stupid. It's even more stupid that they announced him as a participant in newt week's Raw Battle Royal, they had to know that he will be released.
Molotov The Bear 0 Report post Posted May 11, 2004 It's not stupid at all. The guy gets a second chance after being arrested and fired for possession of cocaine, then he shows up late not even a month after hes rehired? he deserved to get fired again. It is stupid for them to put him in the battle royal though.

ISportsFan 0 Report post Posted May 11, 2004 Meltzer said in his update today that he was fired when he showed up to the taping. Does this mean they fired him, THEN they put his image on the battle royal screenshot? Someone should have noticed that and done a switch before the shot was put on the air.
