I was watching some old WCW worldwide from 1990 on Sky Sports last week, and its amazing how many moves just arent used anymore, for instance atomic drop, how many moves and finishers can you think off, that just arent used anymore?

Sleeper, where the guy actually goes to sleep. On old Mid-atlantic and Georgia Championship wrestling they used to make a big deal about the guy who applied the hold being responsible for waking his opponent up after the match. This usually consisted of a hard slap to the back of the neck.

Slingshot Suplex.

Randy Orton did one for a 2 count in Birmingham last weekend, must've been channeling Tully or something....

The abdominal stretch.

No they still use that. It's a favorite of Rock's I'm pretty sure.

The airplane spin is never used anymore and the camel clutch has pretty much vanished too.

A normal sitout powerbomb, the one held for a pin, legdrops, and the swinging headscissors

That one could be out of respect for Droz, who used it as a finisher. Oh and D-Lo accidentally crippled him with a similar move.

Eugene does the airplane spin.

Didn't HHH try to pull that out fro a couple of matches a few months back, and JR was selling it like a move of death?

I don't remember if it was the Indian death lock or not.

Yes, HHH did use it.

And I thought it was Indian, as in from India, not Native American

I don't know, I always kind of assumed it referred to the position like sitting "Indian Style". It's sort of the same form...or maybe that's just my imagination.
