OK, lets say anyone who has AIM (because I know the three captains named have AIM) start a chat and we all get on and work out who is going first and whatnot. Then we have the draft, and someone records the teams and posts them on here for those who weren't in the chat.

A better way would be to simply figure out an order (we'll get Dames to do some kind of "what number am I thinking of?" impartial thing and do the running order based off of how close we all got), then start the actual draft thread. The draft thread will have one massive initial post where all of the draftees' names will be posted, and as each is taken, their name is edited out of the post.

Hint: It's between 0 and 5.

1. Set a date, preferably in the next two days, because then no one loses interest.

 

2. Work out the fourth captain.

 

3. Work out the order

 

4. Work out who is going to be the governing body, the impartial judge to make sure the draft goes as planned.
