BOOKER: MATCH NO. 2 Aug. 26, 2004 Several years ago, Booker T competed against Chris Benoit in a memorable best-of-seven series while working for WCW. The series of matches put Booker T on the map as a solid force in the singles ranks of sports entertainment. Now, already an established Superstar, Booker T fights to keep his United States Championship in a similar style of matches. It's a best-of-five series against John Cena. Unfortunately for Booker, he already trails 1-0, as Cena picked up the thrilling opening victory at SummerSlam. Can Booker even the score this week on SmackDown!? I was only half-paying attention to the first half hour or so, but I did see the SSP on Chavo. His head got creamed by Kidman's thigh. Edit: Oh wait, I did hear that. It was pretty good.
