Guest MikeSC Posted October 6, 2004 Report Posted October 6, 2004 I'm loving Cheney deciding not to respond when Edwards meanders. -=Mike
NYU Posted October 6, 2004 Report Posted October 6, 2004 "Don't talk about John Kerry. Please. Now, please tell me why John Kerry flip-flops so much." Yeah, for anyone who wasn't sure before......this woman sucks.
Guest GreatOne Posted October 6, 2004 Report Posted October 6, 2004 John Kerry has been completely consistent about Iraq? BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Guest MikeSC Posted October 6, 2004 Report Posted October 6, 2004 Oh, Edwards, you're not going down this route, are you? -=Mike
AndrewTS Posted October 6, 2004 Report Posted October 6, 2004 Wasn't John Kerry great on Thursday night? Edwards: YES!! YES!! *moans*
The Mandarin Posted October 6, 2004 Report Posted October 6, 2004 Edwards should get buzzed for saying "John Kerry," like when you accidentally give away the subject on The $100,000 Pyramid. Also, there should be a darkened stage and that cool ticking clock. The real question: Dick Clark or Donny Osmond?
Guest MikeSC Posted October 6, 2004 Report Posted October 6, 2004 And he's stepping on his lines and is complaining about the most irrelevant points. -=Mike
Downhome Posted October 6, 2004 Report Posted October 6, 2004 John Edwards has fumbled the political ball more in this debate than John Kerry has period.
Guest GreatOne Posted October 6, 2004 Report Posted October 6, 2004 Uh oh, smack thy be layethed down here................
RavishingRickRudo Posted October 6, 2004 Report Posted October 6, 2004 +1 for Edwards giving all the examples of Bush flipfloppin +2 on Cheney not talking the debate, and using Iraq related flipflops.
NYU Posted October 6, 2004 Report Posted October 6, 2004 John Edwards has fumbled the political ball more in this debate than John Edwards has period. Intelligent. Witty. Important to this topic. All certain criteria that your post didn't fit. How anyone could look at the debate for the past half-hour on domestic issues and NOT note on how much better Edwards has been doing just isn't bothering to pay attention. This certainly isn't the slaughtering that Mike was dying to see.
Ted the Poster Posted October 6, 2004 Report Posted October 6, 2004 "DOH, AH BROKE THE ROOLZ, *hyuck*!"Man, he DOES talk like that. It makes guys like DH and myself look bad.
snuffbox Posted October 6, 2004 Report Posted October 6, 2004 This 'flipflop' thing has really been backfiring on Bush/Cheney lately...it comes off as immature to the American people, IMO.
Guest GreatOne Posted October 6, 2004 Report Posted October 6, 2004 Funny how the reason we lost Nam is because of White House micromanaging, Yet NOT doing it is why we're in trouble here.............. Uh oh, they have A PLAN again!
GreatWhiteNope Posted October 6, 2004 Report Posted October 6, 2004 "half of African Americans are dropping out of high school" source please
Guest MikeSC Posted October 6, 2004 Report Posted October 6, 2004 Amazingly enough, not a single one of Edwards' "points" here about how Bush is destroying public education are completely not part of anything the President can do. Oh, and why do good teachers not go to bad schools? You might want to ask the unions about that. -=Mike
The Czech Republic Posted October 6, 2004 Report Posted October 6, 2004 Edwards should get buzzed for saying "John Kerry," like when you accidentally give away the subject on The $100,000 Pyramid. Also, there should be a darkened stage and that cool ticking clock. The real question: Dick Clark or Donny Osmond? That's not a real question! Dick Clark. The real question is whether they use TV screens, or those boxes that they turn.

This certainly isn't the slaughtering that Mike was dying to see. That's right --- your view of a tight debate is the only view. BWAHA HA HA! This is every inch as bad as I assumed it'd be for Edwards. There is NOTHING the Dems can take from this as a positive. -=Mike
Guest MikeSC Posted October 6, 2004 Report Posted October 6, 2004 Good God this moderator sucks. I actually prefer her, big-time, to Jim Lehrer. -=Mike
Downhome Posted October 6, 2004 Report Posted October 6, 2004 What exactly happens if you break the rules?
Guest GreatOne Posted October 6, 2004 Report Posted October 6, 2004 Yeah, baby Tom Foley drop! Gotta have an Eastern Washingtonian represented!
DMann2003 Posted October 6, 2004 Report Posted October 6, 2004 Cheney is thinking about partisan divide only in terms of Congress I think what is being asked is more how to bridge the sharp political divide across America as a whole
GreatWhiteNope Posted October 6, 2004 Report Posted October 6, 2004 What exactly happens if you break the rules? You look like an ass.
teke184 Posted October 6, 2004 Report Posted October 6, 2004 What exactly happens if you break the rules? You have to be lead around on a leash in a sex club by former US Senate candidate Jack Ryan of Illinois.
