BUTT Posted October 14, 2004 Report Posted October 14, 2004 Discuss here ladies and gentlemen. This one's for all the marbles.
teke184 Posted October 14, 2004 Report Posted October 14, 2004 Will Kerry bring a knife to a gunfight like Edwards did against Cheney? Stay tuned to find out!
Slickster Posted October 14, 2004 Report Posted October 14, 2004 not From WWE.com: BUSH V. KERRY: Showdown in the Desert Every four years, a rivalry so fierce as to defy description captures the attention of a nation. Since January 20, 2001, George W. Bush has been on top of the world, a charismatic yet controversial champion. The only man left to pose any threat to his power? Massachusetts Superstar John F. Kerry. Over the past nine months, these two men have exchanged words, issued challenges and escalated their hatred of one another. Tonight, this feud will finally be resolved in the third and final conflict. While Kerry was able to survive fall #1 (regular rules), Bush roared back in the second round (falls-count-anywhere, loser-leaves-St. Louis). This third fall will be contested within the confines of a 15-foot high steel cage! Two men will enter, but only one man will leave of his own accord! Who will survive? Find out TONIGHT in prime time!
Jobber of the Week Posted October 14, 2004 Report Posted October 14, 2004 Andy Card was such an idiot on MSNBC just a bit ago. "I hope we don't elect Presidents because of their flashy style during a debate, I hope we elect them because of their record." Uhm, Andy, by your logic, every incumbant running for re-election should win. And Reagan would have never won.
teke184 Posted October 14, 2004 Report Posted October 14, 2004 Andy Card was such an idiot on MSNBC just a bit ago. "I hope we don't elect Presidents because of their flashy style during a debate, I hope we elect them because of their record." Uhm, Andy, by your logic, every incumbant running for re-election should win. And Reagan would have never won. Carter's record wasn't particularly great... The economy wasn't good and the whole Iran hostage crisis, complete with the Desert One rescue disaster, pretty much signed his political death warrant.
UZI Suicide Posted October 14, 2004 Report Posted October 14, 2004 Ummm Bush... actually you DID say you weren't worried about Bin Laden, dumbass.
UZI Suicide Posted October 14, 2004 Report Posted October 14, 2004 Bush really looks like an idiot answering this flu question.
Justice Posted October 14, 2004 Report Posted October 14, 2004 And Kerry completely sidesteps the question.
CBright7831 Posted October 14, 2004 Report Posted October 14, 2004 Hey, they're wearing matching ties tonight.
CBright7831 Posted October 14, 2004 Report Posted October 14, 2004 I'm surprised by the low turn out in this thread considering the last two have 10+ pages.
BUTT Posted October 14, 2004 Author Report Posted October 14, 2004 Hey, they're wearing matching ties tonight. That's so that you see red, white, and blue when you look at them.
Kahran Ramsus Posted October 14, 2004 Report Posted October 14, 2004 I'm surprised by the low turn out in this thread considering the last two have 10+ pages. Foreigners don't care about domestic issues.
Rob E Dangerously Posted October 14, 2004 Report Posted October 14, 2004 My budgetman will stop the paygo
Justice Posted October 14, 2004 Report Posted October 14, 2004 My budgetman will stop the paygo Paygo is the younger brother of Cola Magnate Faygo.
CBright7831 Posted October 14, 2004 Report Posted October 14, 2004 I was expecting something more creative tonight. This is another rehas of the fist debate.
Justice Posted October 14, 2004 Report Posted October 14, 2004 That was a bad joke. Talk about poor delivery. Anyways...
BUTT Posted October 14, 2004 Author Report Posted October 14, 2004 Tony Soprano! John Kerry is cool! He watches TV!
Justice Posted October 14, 2004 Report Posted October 14, 2004 Tony Soprano! John Kerry is cool! He watches TV! OMG! SO DO I! And Kerry is gonna get called on the unemployment benefits extension, since he missed that vote.
bob_barron Posted October 14, 2004 Report Posted October 14, 2004 Bush is doing a lot better then he did in the first debate. (I missed the second one)
tommytomlin Posted October 14, 2004 Report Posted October 14, 2004 Did the leader of the free world just say 'hoo'?
bob_barron Posted October 14, 2004 Report Posted October 14, 2004 I like how W. is focusing strictly on Kerry's record. That's what he has to do. If he would stop tripping over his words and spoke more clearly- he'd be better off.
Justice Posted October 14, 2004 Report Posted October 14, 2004 Does Kerry sound tired? He just didn't seem to have any energy in that last statement. Or, better put, even less energy than normal. This debate is worse than the first one.
Justice Posted October 14, 2004 Report Posted October 14, 2004 Hm. Let's see how Kerry swings this. And God DAMN it, Bush, don't endorse the fucking amendment, damn it! Edit: So irritating, it required two "Damn it"s.
Guest Mikey2Dope Posted October 14, 2004 Report Posted October 14, 2004 "Is homosexuality a choice?" And this is relevant to a Presedential Debate how?
bob_barron Posted October 14, 2004 Report Posted October 14, 2004 Wait- Dick Cheney's daughter is gay? What a fucking dick Kerry is
Guest BDC Posted October 14, 2004 Report Posted October 14, 2004 Cheney's daughter? Wow, classy there John, let's make it personal.
