Dangerous A 0 Report post Posted October 15, 2004 I didn't download the video because I refuse to watch gay porn, but did see a still photo. It looks like him, but it's a side view, so I'm not for certain. If it really is him, it's career death in hip hop. I find it funny how I don't see much from the gay and lesbian groups coming out and publicly taking on hip hop when it comes to things like calling people percieved as weak "gay" and what not. Either way, if it's Lloyd, I guess we know he really is "on fire".

Your Paragon of Virtue 0 Report post Posted October 15, 2004 I find it funny how I don't see much from the gay and lesbian groups coming out and publicly taking on hip hop when it comes to things like calling people percieved as weak "gay" and what not. Did you miss out on all the Eminem controversy? Eminem is the exception not the rule. The fact is every mainstream rapper that is outspoken about being a homophobic douchebag seems to go untouched by those groups.
TSA09 0 Report post Posted October 15, 2004 Or maybe he was referring to the pornos that he did as "gay" in the stupid sense.
Dangerous A 0 Report post Posted October 15, 2004 Eminem is the exception not the rule. The fact is every mainstream rapper that is outspoken about being a homophobic douchebag seems to go untouched by those groups. Exactly my point. Em gets attention because he's on top right now. (in regards to album sales and mainsteam marketability) However, quite a few hip hop stars are outspoken about homosexuality and gay and lesbian groups won't touch them. However, another reason Em gets attacked from those groups is because he is white. This is where Em being white doesn't help him. Those groups are afraid to go after a black or minority rapper. It's as simple as that.
Giuseppe Zangara 0 Report post Posted October 15, 2004 Oh, I agree with you. Just showing that there is an exception. Eminem's being white plays a huge part, definitely, but it isn't as simple as that. Because of his crossover appeal—I'm sure we all know (white) people where the only rap they listen to is Eminem—his misogynism, homophobia, etc. is that much more of a "threat." Therefore, he is the target; for all the millions rap albums sell, it's still largely perceived as a black thing, which isn't the suburbs, which, in turn, isn't worth acknowledging by your average special interest group. Guest Shoes Head Report post Posted October 16, 2004 Gay porn star shoots down Lloyd Banks rumours 15/10/2004 - 14:43:12 The man mistaken for Lloyd Banks in a gay porn movie has stepped forward to clear the G-Unit rapper's name. Ty Lattimore, 28, is a huge fan of the hip-hop star and is confused how the rumour began in the first place. He tells website allhiphop.com: "I feel bad for him and I think its sad how people are so quick to spread rumours without all the info. Its crazy how this has blown up and how folks have put him out there like that. Now I am catching heat." Despite a strong denial through his representatives, the inaccurate rumour continued to spread across internet message boards and chat rooms. Lattimore adds: "I would hope that if the shoe was on the other foot, someone else would step up and be a man and handle their business. "He is a rapper and that is his thing. Being a porn star and model is mine. "Thanks for letting me try to clear this up, but some folks will believe what they want to believe anyway."

ant_7000 0 Report post Posted October 16, 2004 The rapper that I think is absolutely gay is Cam'ron. Wearing Pink and saying "No Homo" after every sentence he's defintely suspect.
