~The second Bret's music hit on the first commercial for WWE Anthology

I'm still mad about that. I almost wet myself because I had my back to the screen and all of a sudden his music plays.

"Good God... good God..."

"That's it; he's dead."

-- J.R. and Lawler as the Undertaker throws Mankind through the top of the cell to the ring below

"Each night I come out here and offer my services to be your sports hero. But tonight, I'm not gonna do that. Instead, I would like to talk about my opponent ,Mark Henry. You see, Mark may think that we're a lot alike, because we were both Olympians. But that's where the similarity ends. As I won Olympic gold, came to the WWF, and embarked on an incredible undefeated streak that shocked the whole entire world, Mark Henry's greatest accomplishment was impregnating an 82-year-old woman. Congratulations, Mark. And although that may have required a lot of intensity-I don't even like to think about it-it definitely lacked integrity and intelligence, if you know what I mean. And while impregnating elderly women and living in sin may be acceptable to Dallas Texas, it is NOT acceptable to your Olympic champion! It is not!"

One of my favorite more recent markout moments was Kane and Batista staring eachother down in the ring. I believe it was durining the battle royal in early Summer of this year to determine who would wrestle Benoit at Bad Blood for the title. Everyone had been knocked down in the ring, and it was left to a stare-down between Kane and Batista. Just the two of them staring at eachother got what was probably the loudest pop of the night, then the place got even louder when they started throwing the punches. JR's "OH GAWD THESE TWO BULLS ARE ABOUT TO COLLIDE" comment really added to the moment.

I marked out like a bitch Backlash 2000. Man, I totally fell into the fact that Austin wasn't coming out. It was so late in the match, and damn HHH! He was winning! BUT, when that glass broke, I was going crazy! The aftermath, the beatings, and even Linda got major revenge on Steph, and Hebner returned! Wow, what a great ending!

I was marking out a little this past RAW, and the RAW before that one. Seeing Bischoff stand up to HHH after he had been used the entire time by HHH was awesome. Also, the RAW before that was awesome. For the smart mark in me, I already knew how HHH acts behind the scenes. That whole uprising against HHH was like a major nod to the smart marks, who would LOVE to see that happen for real.

Being there at One Night Only for Bret/Undertaker which is my favourite match ever due to the legitimate 50/50 crowd.

Sting vs. DDP in April 99 on Nitro, the crowd reaction was great and yet the title changed about 2 hours later.

Kane and Undertaker breaking Vince McMahon's ankle, the look on Undertaker's face when he turns around and catches Vince giving him the "bird" is great.

The debut of the Radicalz, I didn't have the internet then and hadn't a clue that they'd left WCW.

Psychosis winning the Cruiserweight Title.

Sting attacking about 10 of the nWo on a Nitro in September 97, when he dropped his bat and they ran in it was awesome.

I also loved Scott Norton beating up the Cat, every week when one of the nWo B team would go "Cat's talking trash about ya" you knew Norton would destroy him.

I used to love all the Sting vs NWO stuff from 97 Nitro. I would wait for Sting to drop from the rafters and he would tear through the whole NWO like a man possessed. Sting should have killed the NWO for good at Starcade 97 but instead things went into overdrive.

The fact that Kane was getting HUMONGOUS face pops was the best part. Even though he was incredibly evil at the time, he still got pops against Evolution.

When Michael Sain hit a Fireman's Michinoku Driver II onto Frankie Arion to become the two-time NECW Heavyweight champion, since the month prior Arion only won because his big brother interfered on his behalf.

^^^ Hit the nail on the head.

I have a partial copy of this Raw. It cuts off before Steph gets announced as co-owner much to my delight. And it may be the one and only Raw where DDP sorta gets the upper hand on the Undertaker.

Savage/Elizabeth reunion at WM7

Hart winnin the IC Belt from Perfect at Slam 91

Michaels winning the belt at WMXIX (the mark in me thought the match was too long and I still think they should have traded pinfalls, but those last 10 minutes and overtime were fanastic and I popped huge when HBK hit the 2nd superkick)

Austin attacking Hart in the ambulance

Austin stunning McMahon the first time

DX imitating the Nation on RAW

When the Road Warriors showed up in TNA (it was nostalga)

And recently, when Petey Williams hit AJ Styles with the Canadian Destroyer at Victory Road

When WWE came back to Oregon......and all the times since.

Hell yes. My roommate and I drove 6 hours from California just to see Unforgiven, and it was worth every hour we drove.

All of those are great but here's some that haven't been mentioned yet.

The 93' Rumble when the ring sorta cleared and Big John Tenta stared down Yokozuna and then did his earthquake thing where he jumped up and down. I thought that was badass.

Lex Luger vs. Yokozuna at Summer Slam- Red,White and Blue everywhere. Savage as the ring announcer and the way he stared at Yoko as he said "the NEXT World Champion" was great and Lex's entrance and the slam later was off the charts.

UT coming out to join the All -Americans and his old school flag on the inside of his coat. I marked hard for everything UT did back then. Being part of the team during the Survivor Series was great as he waited all match to get in and then kept sitting up no matter what Yoko did. Then later at the Rumble his match against Yoko was cool as he battled against all the heels in his title match. I know that they've now redid UT's "get destroyed then come back a few months later" act a million times now but back then I loved it. Wrestling was much simpler back then.

I don't remember which Rumble it was but I marked out when Marty Jannetty came into the Rumble match and went right for HBK and they just beat the hell outta each other for a few seconds and the crowd went nuts. They hadn't been feuding at that point for months and it was cool to see some continuity in the WWE(F)

I tend to mark out a lot for dumb things (like Goldberg accepting the White Boy Challenge last summer), and have done so a lot since I started watching in 1991, so let me think of things that were big...

Savage/Liz from WM7... this happened before I started watching, and when I saw the tape that year I didn't fully comprehend what I was seeing, but now if I watch the show I find it all very powerful stuff.

Generally anytime there is a title change on TV I didn't see coming going into the show I mark out.. most recently Eugene and Regal winning the tag titles. On that note, I marked out for all the positive Regal/Eugene segments (I didn't care for the HHH manipulation... it was a good story on paper but in execution it was Eugene overkill and it temporarily killed him).

Ahmed Johnson bodyslamming Yokozuna

While I marked out quite a bit for Rock vs Hogan from WMX8 at a bar (and still do when I watch it at home), being in Detroit live to see Hogan's first match back where he pinned Rock was absolutely INSANE i nterms of marking out.

Benoit's success in 2004.

Mick Foley being an entrant in the 2004 Rumble

ECW InVasion.

Dupree doing his dance at a November 2003 house show where me, my friend, and a row of people behind us on the floor kept yelling "DANCE! DANCE! DANCE!" at Rene Dupree.

HBK's phantom title win over HHH last December.

Roddy Piper being the next entrant in the 92 Rumble after Flair is exhuasted and left by himself

Lesnar F5'ing Big Show at Survivor Series 2002

Rikishi leaping off the top of the cage at Fully Loaded 2000

1997 Owen/Bret reunion (I can say without shame that had me tearing up)

Throwing in a somewhat random one:

At Survivor Series 1990, Adnan clonked Tito Santana w/ the flag and Slaughter hooked the camel clutch. The bell rang w/ Slaughter celebrating as The Fink announced . . .

Sgt. SLAUGTHER! . . . has been DISQUALIFIED!!! Your winner and sole survivor TITO SANTANA!

(Cue awesome Santana theme)

What can I say . . . I mark for The Fink and Tito Santana.

Bret winning the title from Yoko @ WM10

Bret rolls up Nash at SurS 95

Sid beating Shawn & Bret's return match with Austin at SurS 96

The Rock kicking out of that chair shot at the end of his WM17 match with Austin. I thought he was gonna make the big comeback and defy all odds. Of course it didn't happen. Which leads to...

Austin turning heel at WM17. My cousin and I were pissed that Rocky lost, but absolutely ecstatic that Austin had turned.

Rock's return on RAW in June '02. Mostly because the Rock is God and I was there.

Jericho "winning" the title from HHH in April '00.

When HHH was in that crossface at Wrestlemania, I was jumping out of my seat going TAP YOU SON OF A BITCH TAP TAP TAP TAP TAP MOTHER FUCKER and other stuff I probably didn't know I was saying. When he tapped, I went crazy.
