teke184 Posted November 3, 2004 Report Posted November 3, 2004 There's no activity there, so it wouldn't do you any good to see it.
Jobber of the Week Posted November 3, 2004 Report Posted November 3, 2004 You should look at Democratic Underground, where they are planning on going to OH and attacking people. -=Mike ...DU: We're NOT nuts! HONEST!... That's like me picking FreeRepublic as an example of the majority of Republicans.
2GOLD Posted November 3, 2004 Report Posted November 3, 2004 You know what? I PRAY Bush just catches up in Wisconsin and WINS it, New Mexico and Iowa. Then it's over without this Ohio insanity.
Jobber of the Week Posted November 3, 2004 Report Posted November 3, 2004 Jobber, I honestly don't see much to fight. 140,000 is the margin now. It's almost impossible, especially with the Military being so pro-Bush. There's nothing painful in waiting until all the votes are counted. If, when everything is counted, Bush has more, hey, he has more.
bob_barron Posted November 3, 2004 Report Posted November 3, 2004 I have class at 10. I had 10 slices of pizza tonight

So, state it and move on. -=Mike
teke184 Posted November 3, 2004 Report Posted November 3, 2004 Who has to work later this morning Not me... I got the day off because I saw this in advance. I blew off a lot of the 2000 election mess because I had to go to class the next day, but I'm not missing this.

bob_barron Posted November 3, 2004 Report Posted November 3, 2004 I think NBC is scared to put Bush over the top since they jumped the gun on New Mexico
teke184 Posted November 3, 2004 Report Posted November 3, 2004 ... USA Today is reporting that New Mexico has reported *101%* of the precincts... What the fuck is going on in New Mexico?

I just hope I don't have to do a lot of work.

bob_barron Posted November 3, 2004 Report Posted November 3, 2004 Bush is planning on declaring victory if/when he gets Nevada and New Mexico
Styles Posted November 3, 2004 Report Posted November 3, 2004 I have class at 10. I had 10 slices of pizza tonight I too have a class at 10. I will be there because I will not sleep. I've lost track of how much pizza I've eaten today which was the food of choice delivered to us at the polling places we were working for lunch, dinner and in between!

bobobrazil1984 Posted November 3, 2004 Report Posted November 3, 2004 Why hasn't Fox called New Mexico for Bush??
bob_barron Posted November 3, 2004 Report Posted November 3, 2004 I probably have to write an article today for class. My plan is to try to bargain an easy article, go and sleep till 1 or 2 and then throw something together. How was your party Slapnuts? I'm very happy that we probably won- I just want this OVER.
bob_barron Posted November 3, 2004 Report Posted November 3, 2004 Why hasn't Fox called New Mexico for Bush?? I think everyone is just scared of going over 270
NYU Posted November 3, 2004 Report Posted November 3, 2004 I'm sleep deprived, had too much to drink and have no voice left, but am proudly wearing my "W is STILL the President!" sticker and am planning to line the dorms with the rest of the stickers... Hopefully you won't later whine in Czech's thread that people treat you so terribly simply because you're a Republican. Tensions are going to be high tomorrow. It's best not to do anything stupid like publically scream about Bush's victory or paste Bush bumper stickers along your entire hallway. Obviously, if you do, you're only asking for trouble. Republicans got what they wanted with what looks to be a Bush victory. It's useless to rub it in the face of Democrats, simply because it will only do its part to divide the country even further.

His lead has only increased all night. If Kerry wants to try and steal an election he lost by 6 digits, that's going to bury the DNC. -=Mike
teke184 Posted November 3, 2004 Report Posted November 3, 2004 794 of 827 precincts - 96 percent John Thune Rep 190,817 - 51 percent Tom Daschle (i) Dem 182,407 - 49 percent Bye, Tom... Don't let the door hit you in the ass on the way out.

And the Dems complaining that all of the votes haven't been counted isn't divisive? And, man, I was damned close on the popular vote. The electoral vote is a possibility, but a slim one. -=Mike

It would be the first step in taking the Democratic party out of power and letting some new faction arise in its place.
Vern Gagne Posted November 3, 2004 Report Posted November 3, 2004 What the hell is CNN waiting for? Bush won the state.

Clinton? Imagine if Kerry didn't get the slot. -=Mike
