2005-Fresno. I dont think that's a warm place

2004-Philadelphia. Oh yeah it's burning up there.

2003-Boston. Freezing

2002-Atlanta. Isnt that often unpredictable at this time?

2001-New Orleans. Yes hot.

2000-NYC. Freezing as fuck

1999-Anaheim. Quite Warm indeed

1998-San Jose. Warmville.

1997-San Antonio. Hot.

1996-fresno. again, somewhere in between warm and cold

1995-Tampa. Hot as hell

1994-Providence. COLD.

1993-Sacramento. see 1996.

1992-Albany. REALLY cold.

1991-Miami. Quite hot.

1990-Orlando. Warm as can be.

1989-Houston. Very Warm

1988-Hamilton, Ontario. ICE.

So thats eight "warm to hot" locations out 18. So less then 50%.

DAMNIT~! WWE DOESN'T FUCKING GET IT!

GREAT AMERICAN BASH = BALTIMORE!!!!

(Last time we had a PPV was in No Mercy 2003, and we had an AWESOME crowd for that show.)

I remember readingng on another thread that because of the huge attendance of New Year's Revolution, they were going to have Summerslam in San Juan. Can anybody corroborate this?

That was only reported in a Puerto Rico newspaper. Meltzer even said this week in the Observer that it wasn't likely. I guess this cements that it's not happening.

Thanks for the update, Cawthon. I guess Vince is dissing Halloween Havoc for Taboo Tuesday. Joy. <_<

I know...... I would have really enjoyed seeing the revised Halloween Havoc. Pisses me off that he's getting rid of that for Taboo Tuesday (possibly THE WORST PPV EVAR!)

I wouldn't complain so much about Baltimore. DC is an hour away and they're getting Summer Slam.

It's not that... I'll probably go to SummerSlam...

It's more along the lines that Great American Bash was a Baltimore tradition. WCW had 8 out of 11 GABs in Baltimore or something like that.

Anyway, as mentioned, DC's a bad wrestling crowd, while us... we're hot for almost anything. I mean, we were hot for Steph/Vince of all things~!

Well, I'm glad that WWE has taken off one of their PPVs. I never liked Bad Blood.

And if June's PPV isn't an ECW thing, I hope to God it's the King of the Ring!

Summerslam | Sunday, August 21, 2005 | Washington DC

RAW & SmackDown! PPV

Okay, I am seriously torn.

The same weekend, there is a NWA fanfest in Charlotte (Aug 19-21). No idea about who they plan to book but those are always a lot of fun.

... Or I could go to Summer Slam.

I don't like decision making. :(

Maybe they'll move it so fans can attend both?

No Way Out | Sunday, February 20, 2005 | Pittsburgh, PA

SmackDown! PPV

Hopefully Kurt Angle be defending the WWE title in the main event.

(Considering the way the JBL/Show feud has been built around Joy, there's no real reason their scheduled cage match needs to be for a belt.)

That would be cool if Batista is still big when SummerSlam rolls around. When I went to Raw at the MCI Center in July he was getting big time cheered for being the local guy. Also good to see Survivor Series will be in my area.
