alfdogg Posted February 14, 2005 Report Posted February 14, 2005 What about Rhyno? He was getting al least somewhat of a push on SD, when he moved to RAW he fell off the face of the earth.
slimm44 Posted February 14, 2005 Report Posted February 14, 2005 I doubt they are going to do another draft after Wrestlemania but anything is possible
Guest Loss Posted February 14, 2005 Report Posted February 14, 2005 I doubt they are going to do another draft after Wrestlemania but anything is possible According to Meltzer, the current plan is to make it an annual tradition right after WM.
The Tino Standard Posted February 14, 2005 Report Posted February 14, 2005 I'd like to see Rey Mysterio come to Raw. He's above the cruiserweight division at this point, and I'd like to see what he could do against some of the big guys on Monday night.

Not to mention Rey's one of the last few opponents HHH wanted to work with and haven't had the chance to.
Art Sandusky Posted February 14, 2005 Report Posted February 14, 2005 The only move that I want to see 100% is Shawn Michaels to Smackdown. Jericho's one I want to see also, but for some reason I really want to see Michaels on Smackdown.
Precious Roy Posted February 15, 2005 Report Posted February 15, 2005 No disrespect to Michaels, but I think he'd come off a lot better with the benefit of post-production, editing, greater variation of camera angles etc. on his matches. He's definitely lost a couple steps and it's noticable when the show's live and more dependant on the hard camera. Plus, he's run every possible program there is for him on RAW unless he's willing to drop down and work with a Simon Dean or Hassan. He's done HHH ad nauseum, Flair, Jericho, Christian, Edge, Orton, Batista Kane, Benoit.....all the top guys. Lots of fresh matchups for him on SD.
Hunter's Torn Quad Posted February 15, 2005 Report Posted February 15, 2005 Shawn won't be going to SD. As long as Shawn is on Raw, he and Hunter can resume their beyond stale feud at a moments notice, and ensure both men are kept on top of Raw, above all other wrestlers.
RavishingRickRudo Posted February 15, 2005 Report Posted February 15, 2005 BUT, if Shawn is on Smackdown, then HHH can bring him over to RAW after a year and have a """""fresh""""" feud.
Hunter's Torn Quad Posted February 15, 2005 Report Posted February 15, 2005 BUT, if Shawn is on Smackdown, then HHH can bring him over to RAW after a year and have a """""fresh""""" feud. You seriously think Hunter can go a year without having another major match with Shawn ?
teke184 Posted February 15, 2005 Report Posted February 15, 2005 And I wonder why I haven't watched WWE TV in a year... I think the best thing that could happen for WWE business would be HHH leaving the company permanently somehow in a manner that would completely dislodge him from the decisionmaking process. Given that it isn't going to happen short of him having a fatal heart attack or Steph walking in on him banging someone, I feel that the previous suggestion of moving Trips and most of the shitty wrestlers to Smackdown in exchange for Eddy et all would be the best method. That would let Trips have his own little sandbox full of guys he can beat until he surpasses Jerry Lawler's record of "World" title changes while all the TALENTED people could put together good matches and storylines on RAW. Yeah, this is old stuff but, frankly, they haven't done it yet and it's one of the few ways I can think of to get that over-roided piece of human cholestoral out of the main spotlight for a while. It's not THAT he sucks as much as the fact that everything revolves around him and he's stale as all fucking hell.
humongous2002 Posted February 15, 2005 Report Posted February 15, 2005 If memory serves me correctly, the biggest star to move was Booker T. I just don't see them making major changes this time around. Actually RVD and Edge were the 2 big stars to make the move from one show to the other, poor Book as always was treated like a joke when he was traded along with the Duds to SD instead of HHH.

humongous2002 Posted February 15, 2005 Report Posted February 15, 2005 Trade Taker for HBK. Trade Kane for Heidenreich. Trade Kenzo for Jericho. And trade Tajiri for OJ.

It's really just seeing people interact and play off of a completely new cast of characters.

Some Guy Posted February 15, 2005 Report Posted February 15, 2005 Really if they just moved HHH and Orton to SD! and Angle and Eddy to Raw they'd be ok. Just moving two top guys would open up a lot of fresh matches. Shift a few mid-carders and *gasp* push them and things might start to turn around. Look at Raw: They have the World Title, IC, and Tag. The IC and Tag Champs have absolutely no impast on the show and often don't even appear. It's a one title show and that needs to change. SD! has no mid-carders, as someone said because they won't push anyone consistantly. Everybody gets start and stop pushes or none at all. It's not like you have to give someone a Lesnar push to get them over enough for the fucking US title, which has meant nothing to speak of since it's inception in WWE and is now just a spinning prop for Cena and was a just shoulder warmer for Show before.
