The Heartbreakers were a mix of Billy and Chuck and Party Boy from Jackass. They didn't announce specific names, but one had "Romeo" and the other had "Promise" on their tights. They wore pink tights and headbands and came out with pink boas. Ohh boy, a new gimmick, or just another old gimmick they've used over and over again. Same goes for Chris Masters. Do these EVER work? JoeDirt 0 Report post Posted February 15, 2005 I don't think they are OVW tag champs, but Meltzer and Alvarez were talking about them on WOL two weeks ago and said that their gimmick is what Billy and Chuck should have been, so apparently they are good.
