Placebo Effect 0 Report post Posted April 18, 2005 The Enter the Fat One anchor skit was pretty good. I liked the quick jab at Justin Timberlake ("Together we are stronger than we would be as individuals. Right, Justin?" "Umm...") That was a jab directed at the other members of the group, who have gone on to do nothing while Timberlake was a huge success and is even getting into blockbuster films now. Gary Floyd 0 Report post Posted April 25, 2005 I should have known the current Michael Jackson was an alien, Holy shit, that was the actual Pat O'Brien's Voice! The "Sex tape in Eternia sketch" stole the show. Also, the Sniper Squirral cracked me up. Remember, tonight's the final episode of "Sealab 2021" (at least I think it is.) tekcop 0 Report post Posted April 25, 2005 The MJ skit had me in stitches. Mostly because this junkie guy I work with is convinced that the current Michael Jackson is nothing more than a robot and that skit reminded me of him. The squirrel thing was aweomse. Hulk Hogan's "real name" made me laugh, too.

SuperJerk 0 Report post Posted April 25, 2005 The Hulk skit was good, but would've been funnier if they hadn't just aired the "Family Guy" with the "Stewie as David Banner hitchhiking" gag.
Youth N Asia 0 Report post Posted April 25, 2005 I'd been hearing about it and caught a few minutes before work. The Michael Jackson bits had me laughing my ass off
Exslade ZX 0 Report post Posted April 25, 2005 The Hulk skit was good, but would've been funnier if they hadn't just aired the "Family Guy" with the "Stewie as David Banner hitchhiking" gag. Heh...I thought that actually made it funnier. It was just sort of freaky, hearing that theme as Family Guy was on, and then 10 minutes later hearing it again. I just thought it was..funnier. rising up out of the back seat-nuh 0 Report post Posted April 25, 2005 Having seen it, it's cool but nowhere near as good as The Adam & Joe show form British TV a few years back. Same type of thing, but just better done.
tekcop 0 Report post Posted May 2, 2005 I marked for Shazam! That was great. My favorite episdoe of Robot Chicken yet. The Shatner wig, Hilary Duff as Anne Frank, and the atheist skit were great.
DerangedHermit 0 Report post Posted May 2, 2005 I marked for Shazam! That was great. My favorite episdoe of Robot Chicken yet. The Shatner wig, Hilary Duff as Anne Frank, and the atheist skit were great. Also, the documentary with Michael Moore and the Quantum Leap thing. "Ziggy says you gotta work the shaft, Sam! Work the shaft!"
Gary Floyd 0 Report post Posted May 2, 2005 Poor She-Ra... Other than that, this episode gets 4 out of 4 Shatner Wigs. The TiVO sketch was the best.

Mecha Mummy 0 Report post Posted May 2, 2005 Hillary Duff as Anne Frank was hysterical, yet also completely horrifying. Loved it. I wouldn't say it's the best episode of Robot Chicken (there are at least three or four that are better), but it was pretty funny.
AndrewTS 0 Report post Posted May 2, 2005 Moore appearing in a parody show, way thinner than he is in real life, appearing to be a nice guy overall, and escaping unscathed was weaksauce. Liked the Anne Frank segment the most.
Vyce 0 Report post Posted May 6, 2005 Just caught the replay, and this has got to be the best Robot Chicken yet. Hillary Duff as Anne Frank. Destro and Cobra Commander hocking used cars and cable merchandise, respectively. They even managed to throw in a BIG TROUBLE IN LITTLE CHINA~! reference! Gary Floyd 0 Report post Posted May 16, 2005 Tom Goes to the Mayor (Which I seem to be the only person on this board to enjoy) was a mixed bag, though Brian Posehn ("Mr. Show") was funny in it. Also, last night, I saw the premire of "Samurai Champloo", and it already is officially tied with "Cowboy Bebop" (who's creator also did SC) as my favorite anime. Basically, it's a Feudal Japan action/comedy/drama with bits of Akira Kurosawa, Sam Peckinpah, and a Hip-Hop influence and soundtrack. I think it rocks the fucking world. Spaceman Spiff 0 Report post Posted May 16, 2005 I liked the wrestling bit, as well as the 12 Angry Little Men. I got a chuckle out of the barn door closing and making the "moo" sound, since I remember having that toy as a kid.
AndrewTS 0 Report post Posted May 16, 2005 "After a one week hiatus, Robot Chicken is back." Good, because I thought I'd totally missed it last week. EWF felt too much like Celebrity Deathmatch. Otherwise, hilarious. "Um...you're a ****ing dog."
Placebo Effect 0 Report post Posted May 16, 2005 I like Tom Goes to Mayor, but it's just not too good. I can see Adult Swim renewing it for one more season, and then cutting it like most of their shows.
AndrewTS 0 Report post Posted May 16, 2005 I like Tom Goes to Mayor, but it's just not too good. I can see Adult Swim renewing it for one more season, and then cutting it like most of their shows. Except for ones that seem to crash and burn on their pilot eps, they usually give a lot of the shows some time to improve, thankfully. I'm very disappointed MegasXLR is cancelled (not Adult Swim strictly, but still CN). But we're getting American Dad reruns on AS and Winx Club on Toonami's retarded little brother Miguzi! Oh boy. Downhome 0 Report post Posted May 16, 2005 I accidently caught Robot Chicken last night, right before I fell asleep. I thought I was either fucked up in the head, already asleep, or something...that was one weird show. *goes off to download all of the episodes* I also caught Tom Goes to Mayor, and it was pretty odd also. I'd watch it again.
Ced 0 Report post Posted May 16, 2005 I thought last week's replay of the first episode meant they were going into replay rotation, so I missed most of last night's RC. Gary Floyd 0 Report post Posted May 23, 2005 Tonights episode get's 3 severed Smurfette heada. Especially the end) -Father Bird teaching his son how to shit while flying -King Kong -"I'm gonna fuck this pig!" -"I WANT BUTTER!"

Guest Gendo Report post Posted May 23, 2005 I'm very disappointed MegasXLR is cancelled (not Adult Swim strictly, but still CN). You got to be kidding me, they cancel that then shove an hour of that "One Piece" crap on us. MegasXLR has been the only original CN show I have liked in years.
