2GOLD Posted April 7, 2005 Report Posted April 7, 2005 Randy and JBL get to harrass WWE divas but Rhyno breaks a flower pot and he's the one with major heat with management?????????!!!!!!! The WWE is a big fan of pottery. Vince had to be held all night long when he heard that a sweet and innocent pot was gone from this world because of one of his workers. Well, he had to be told he was a worker for the company first and then he was even more torn up.
MillenniumMan831 Posted April 7, 2005 Report Posted April 7, 2005 While divas are a dime a dozen . . . fine pottery is a treasured one in a million piece of fine art.
Guest nokia Posted April 7, 2005 Report Posted April 7, 2005 Welcome to Tna Rhyno....Your champ is JJ.. Please enjoy your stay here at planet Jarrett...

It'll replace Maria as Raw interview segment host. No one will ever know the difference, as both are top-heavy, hollow, and have been banged around by wrestlers.
Guest MikeSC Posted April 7, 2005 Report Posted April 7, 2005 A guy who has been a rather mediocre performer since his neck injury causes a scene and gets dismissed. Yes, this really is something to mourn. -=Mike

She orgasms when beat up! You can't find talent like that! Now then, the pot can replace Jerry Lawler. Not like anyone would notice a difference there, cept the pot won't be cruising for eighth graders at WWE live events.
Jericholic82 Posted April 7, 2005 Report Posted April 7, 2005 There is what is described to me as major heat on Rhyno right now after an incident at the Universal Sheraton (where WWE booked most of the wrestlers during Wrestlemania 21 week) after Rhyno destroyed a large ceramic flowerpot in the foyer of the hotel during an argument with his wife shortly after the Wrestlemania 21 post-party began in front of a number of witnesses. Rhyno was escorted to his hotel room by WWE management and did not return to the party. The company is furious about the situation as he was booked in the hotel by them, and was therefore representing the company. They are also upset that the incident happened before a number of witnesses including fans who were hanging out in the hotel lobby. Rhyno wasn't used on the Raw taping the following day. -- PWInsider She problably asked him why the hell they were even there. good call
Guest pinnacleofallthingsmanly Posted April 7, 2005 Report Posted April 7, 2005 I mostly feel bad for the guy because he's having big fights like this with his wife.
GreatWhiteNope Posted April 8, 2005 Report Posted April 8, 2005 Source: W365 -- After being sent back to his hotel room and then being told he was not required for RAW on Monday, it is coming to us now breaking that Rhyno was told by WWE that due to the incident during the WrestleMania 21st after show party he is being let go by the company. Seeing wrestling365 made this up for his shitty newsletter - can we finally ban him?

NYU Posted April 8, 2005 Report Posted April 8, 2005 WWE is not releasing Rhyno before the ECW PPV. They would be stupid to do so, considering he is one of the only ECW Main Eventers they have guaranteed to even appear on the show.
Jobber of the Week Posted April 8, 2005 Report Posted April 8, 2005 A guy who has been a rather mediocre performer since his neck injury causes a scene and gets dismissed. Yes, this really is something to mourn. -=Mike I'm with you, and that's weird. I don't know if it's been mentioned before or not, but the back inside cover of the WM21 program has a PPV calendar, and the ECW show is actually mentioned and named with a red ECW logo and everything. Since the web site calendar still says TBD, I thought I'd mention this, as I think it's the first public confirmation of the show.
Guest nokia Posted April 8, 2005 Report Posted April 8, 2005 Source: Dave Meltzer Despite reports, Rhyno has not been released from the WWE. He has been taken off the road stemming due to bad behavior after WrestleMania on Sunday. It is completely possible he could be released at some point at the moment no final decision has been made regarding his future *In other words....he'll job the belt to a "wwe guy" at the ecw ppv
Guest Shadow Posted April 8, 2005 Report Posted April 8, 2005 They really should just have him job it to Dreamer. Nobody cared about ECW as much as Dreamer did and sacrificed for it as much as he did.
Precious Roy Posted April 8, 2005 Report Posted April 8, 2005 They really should just have him job it to Dreamer. Nobody cared about ECW as much as Dreamer did and sacrificed for it as much as he did. that's a fine idea
Guest Miss Indy Queen Posted April 8, 2005 Report Posted April 8, 2005 I love how in his W365's newsletter today, he said an eyewitness described the incident to HIM and then RIPPED OFF WHAT I WROTE HERE WORD FOR WORD. Nice move considering I didn't describe it to him at all because I don't know him! I think he was supposed to be banned a long time ago actually.
ISportsFan Posted April 9, 2005 Report Posted April 9, 2005 According to PWInsider.com, Rhyno has been released. I thought this was to be expected, considering he's been dead weight for them (they were never going to push him anyway) and it gives them a reason to cut his contract. Jason
strummer Posted April 9, 2005 Report Posted April 9, 2005 PWI: According to several sources, World Wrestling Entertainment informed Rhyno this afternoon that he was being released, stemming from the post-Wrestlemania 21 incident at the Universal Sheraton in California. As noted earlier this week on PWInsider.com, Rhyno shattered a large flowerpot vase in the foyer of the hotel during an argument. WWE management brought Rhyno back to his hotel room and he flew home from Los Angeles the following day, as opposed to staying for the Raw taping. The former ECW World and World Television champion was signed by the then-WWF shortly after Extreme Championship Wrestling shut down operations in 2001. He debuted with the company on 3/19/01, aligned with Edge and Christian (who he broke into the business with). When ECW was revived as part of the Invasion storyline, Rhyno was moved to that faction but was quickly gone from storylines, undergoing surgery in November 2001 to fuse a herniated disc under Dr. Lloyd Youngblood. Returning a year later, Rhyno made his Wrestlemania in-ring debut at Wrestlemania XIX, teaming with Chris Benoit in a Three-Way with Team Angle and Los Guerreros. He was never utilized in a major pushed singles role, but did hold the WWE Hardcore championship on three occasions. His most recent run was as part of a tag team with another former ECW star Tajiri, challenging and losing to then-WWE World Tag Team champions La Resistance. The timing of Rhyno's release was especially bad timing with the ECW One Night Stand PPV scheduled for 6/12 in New York City, although he could always be brought back for that event.
NYU Posted April 9, 2005 Report Posted April 9, 2005 What a stupid move. A) Shane Douglas now has a former ECW World Champion to add to his show. B) WWE is now down one credible ECW Main Eventer to headline their ECW show. And if you think Rhyno is actually going to go back to help the company that just fired him two months earlier, you're insane. C) The fact that Vince is willing to fire a former ECW wrestler for simply breaking a vase is going to send a message to the other ECW wrestlers that are still on the fence whether to do ECW: One Night Only. They already have Shane Douglas wanting them to work the night before. Why then work the next night for a guy willing to cast aside one of their former co-workers as if it was nothing? Loyalty goes a long way sometimes -- especially when you're talking about a rather unimpressive payday for one night of wrestling. Such a dumb move.
natey2k4 Posted April 9, 2005 Report Posted April 9, 2005 WWE is not releasing Rhyno before the ECW PPV. They would be stupid to do so, considering he is one of the only ECW Main Eventers they have guaranteed to even appear on the show. With Benoit, Jericho, Rey Mysterio, Malenko, Storm, Dreamer(Probably Catcus Jack aka Mick Foley as well)... all being there (especially the first four).. I'm sure Rhyno wasn't going to be a major selling point anyway.
NYU Posted April 9, 2005 Report Posted April 9, 2005 He's a former ECW World Heavyweight Champion. As far as credibility with the ECW fans, I think he had more than Jericho, Benoit, Guerrero, Misterio, Malenko, and Storm. All of which people probably remember more from their WCW days. And none of them were considered to be as hardcore as Rhyno either when it came to the action in ECW. Again, it was a terribly stupid move by Vince. He can't afford to be dropping even more ECW wrestlers, especially since it looks like the show is on life support already.
Garth Posted April 9, 2005 Report Posted April 9, 2005 I think the biggest point to raise about him getting fired is that he was the final ECW Champion when they closed their doors, I would of thought it would be fairly important to have the champ as a part of the show. Maybe thats just me being silly though,
tominator89 Posted April 9, 2005 Report Posted April 9, 2005 Doesn't Rhino still have the ECW World Title in his possession?
Guest Shadow Posted April 9, 2005 Report Posted April 9, 2005 I'm sure by now Vince has retrieved the belt from Rhyno since it's WWE's "property"
iliketurtles Posted April 9, 2005 Report Posted April 9, 2005 He was dead in the water after they pulled the plug on him and Tajiri. But this really doesn't make any sense.
Guest jm29195 Posted April 9, 2005 Report Posted April 9, 2005 What will he be called in TNA, they've already changed his name once, Rhieno?
