Nevermortal Posted April 12, 2005 Report Posted April 12, 2005 I'm all for lessening the womens division.
Ripper Posted April 12, 2005 Report Posted April 12, 2005 I'm all for lessening the womens division. except they aren't going to lessen it, they are just going to add more eyecandy instead of Molly...who was eyecandy and could wrestle.
2GOLD Posted April 12, 2005 Report Posted April 12, 2005 I'm all for lessening the womens division. Umm, Molly will be replaced by the Diva Search winners and losers. They aren't going to reduce the Women's Division, just replace the talented workers with crappy workers who aren't anything more than breasts and ass. Howvever, this release looks like it was requested by Molly. Can't say I blame her. She was placed in the ring with someone greener than a field of freshly cut grass and had to job to her twice.
Downhome Posted April 12, 2005 Report Posted April 12, 2005 I was on the phone with my nephew last night talking about Matt Hardy and Rhyno, and as Molly and Trish were coming to the ring, I said to him "I guarantee to you that Molly Holly will be the next to be released!". I figured/knew it would happen, but I didn't think it'd be this quick. I also told him that WWE's thinking is that since they have Hemme now, they don't think they need Molly anymore. Blah.
AndrewTS Posted April 12, 2005 Report Posted April 12, 2005 Figures. Trish is going to be the only woman on the roster with any clue of what to do in the ring. Not good if she's becoming a de facto face.

At least we won't actually have to pretend they're good or anything.
AndrewTS Posted April 12, 2005 Report Posted April 12, 2005 Well, Trish and Victoria. They'll probably fire Victoria, too. I forgot it was spring cleaning time again. I think 2-3 more people will be shitcanned in the next few days.
Jobber of the Week Posted April 12, 2005 Report Posted April 12, 2005 Wow. And to think it's just the morning after they announced The $250,000 Skank-Off II: Electric Boogaloo.
Slickster Posted April 12, 2005 Report Posted April 12, 2005 I find it funny that they fired her the night after she got pinned in her first appearance on RAW in a long time. Hopefully she will be able to make a name for herself in Japan before she gets too old; at least I'd assume that's the reasoning behind her decision to leave.
Epic Reine Posted April 12, 2005 Report Posted April 12, 2005 So now there's literally 2 active women wrestlers in the division? This is insane.
Open the Muggy Gate Posted April 12, 2005 Author Report Posted April 12, 2005 The moment ChrisM sees this, he will go fucking nuts.
2GOLD Posted April 12, 2005 Report Posted April 12, 2005 The moment ChrisM sees this, he will go fucking nuts. I'm building a bomb shelter as we speak. Again, she wasn't fired. You can usually tell by the wording on whether or not someone requested release or got fired. From the way Molly's is written, she requested out.
Guest AndrewisyourHero Posted April 12, 2005 Report Posted April 12, 2005 Wow. And to think it's just the morning after they announced The $250,000 Skank-Off II: Electric Boogaloo. They gotta pay for it somehow..
redbaron29 Posted April 12, 2005 Report Posted April 12, 2005 This is bullshit....I'm done with wrestling
Guest jumpingbombangel Posted April 12, 2005 Report Posted April 12, 2005 Ooooooooooooh...ooh, Lord, somebody better STOP ME from whooping some WWE ass. Fucking MORONS. Oh my dear GOD I wanna kick some WWE in the balls. This SUCKS. This SUCKS. You fire THE BEST YOU HAD and you keep this BULLSHIT? This TRASH? Wrestlers need to say to hell with this and stage a walkout. Again, she wasn't fired. You can usually tell by the wording on whether or not someone requested release or got fired. From the way Molly's is written, she requested out. If that's the case then maybe she's smarter than the rest of the roster.
Vern Gagne Posted April 12, 2005 Report Posted April 12, 2005 Besides Christy. I don't see the other diva contestants, lasting very long. Eye Candy is eye candy, and Vince has a whole new group coming in. At least Christy, acts like she wants to improve, and shows some enthuasim for what she's doing.
Precious Roy Posted April 12, 2005 Report Posted April 12, 2005 Haha, this is probably the dumbest of all the releases, they might as well just retire the women's division, it's a fucking joke. And they jobbed her out on her last night too, F'n dicks
Enigma Posted April 12, 2005 Report Posted April 12, 2005 Molly Holly asked for her release before RAW went on the air last night upon hearing that WWE was doing another DivaSearch and being told that she would be putting over Christy Hemme again. Good for Molly. I'm glad someone took a stand against this crap.

It'd be nice - and she'd get over huge, but the Japanese women's scene's not in the greatest of health itself at the moment. Dave Findlay better be looking over his shoulder - he's running out of people to train.

2GOLD Posted April 12, 2005 Report Posted April 12, 2005 Yeah, the women's division is literally dead. Trish is about to be reduced back to eye candy role 101. Victoria and Trish can't carry the division and Lita is more hit or more than 2 Cold Scorpio. Christy is greener than green and can't sell a simple half crab, Marie about orgasms when she is hit and the other one I don't even remember if she has a name. And Stacy hasn't improved in four plus years in the business.

The Czech Republic Posted April 12, 2005 Report Posted April 12, 2005 Dave Findlay better be looking over his shoulder - he's running out of people to train. On the contrary, I believe he may be getting more than he bargained for. He'll practically be teaching calculus to monkeys in the coming months.

Er, what? Source? I can imagine she'd be unhappy about being jobbed out, but I doubt she'd choose no paycheck at all over some bimbo getting a cash prize.

When they request release, it says both parties agreed. When they were fired, it just says they were released.

He's a very positive guy. He sure as hell won't like it, though. On the contrary, I believe he may be getting more than he bargained for. He'll practically be teaching calculus to monkeys in the coming months. He might drink himself to an early grave from frustration.
