Guest Mosaicv2 Report post Posted April 23, 2005 Scott Kazmir can kick Kevin Brown's ass.
mike546 0 Report post Posted April 23, 2005 Maybe if Brown knew how to pitch in the first and second innings, he wouldn't be so bad. Also, if our 3rd base coach didn't suck so much. I swear thats atleast 4 guys thrown out at the plate this year. And thirdly, if A-Rod could get a hit in a situation that MATTERS.
MarvinisaLunatic 0 Report post Posted April 23, 2005 Brian Roberts is using Performance Enhancing...Contacts? But its not really the surefire reason behind his early season sucess so far, even though he's the only MLB player currently wearing them during games (only day games). Brett Favre 0 Report post Posted April 23, 2005 A few Yankees need those contacts. I call a Giambi HR right here.

Brett Favre 0 Report post Posted April 23, 2005 That went horribly wrong.
mike546 0 Report post Posted April 23, 2005 Same exact thing happens when they bring in a lefty to face Giambi. He takes the first two pitches for strikes, and Ks on the 3rd. LET PHILLIPS PLAY PLEASE!
Mik 0 Report post Posted April 23, 2005 AJ Burnett has 11 Ks through 5. He won't make it past the 7th, I don't think. His pitch count is pretty high. But he also leads the NL in triples with 2.
Bruiser Chong 0 Report post Posted April 23, 2005 On days like this, the Yankees' messageboard is a blast to read. OMG THE SKY IZ FALLING~!!!

mike546 0 Report post Posted April 23, 2005 The Yankees refuse to put everything together. First it was good pitching and hitting with a sucky bullpen. Then good hitting, bad all pitching. then bad pitching, bad hitting, bad bullpen. Now the bullpen FINALLY solves it problems, and nobody can hit worth a shit. EDIT: You think thats bad, read the YES boards.

Bruiser Chong 0 Report post Posted April 23, 2005 Eduardo Perez just hit the absolute BEJESUS out of the first pitch from Alan Embree to win the game after the Sox come back to tie it 4-4. Absolutely ridiculous shot that has to be seen to be believed.

ISportsFan 0 Report post Posted April 23, 2005 I just got to my computer, so this is a late update that everyone has probably already seen, but so be it. White Sox win 8-2 over Kansas City, making their record an AL best 13-4. Juan Uribe went 3 for 3, Scott Podsednik had 3 stolen bases, and the offense basically manufactured a bunch of runs with the wind blowing in. Freddy Garcia pitched 7 strong innings to pick up the win. Jason
