Bruce Blank Posted February 9, 2006 Report Posted February 9, 2006 Karma - yes I'm sure it'll ring your doorbell and make you it's bitch soon enough. that's low, even for this place
Alro Posted February 9, 2006 Report Posted February 9, 2006 If you are going to have a brain tumor, you want a level one. My brother had one of those removed three years ago. I don't know how much worse a level two is, but it isn't good. I know you've said he's a jerk and a homophobe before, but was that really the place to bring it up again? I think we get it. You don't like him.
claydude14 Posted February 9, 2006 Report Posted February 9, 2006 I don't mean to exaggerate, but this was a religious experience. Cappotelli came out, turned over the belt to Danny Davis, talked honestly with the crowd about his condition, talked about chemotherapy and brain surgery, and then prayed with the audience. And everyone prayed with him. All the wrestlers, heels and babyfaces, surrounded the ring. When it was over, Jeter came in the ring - out of character - and hugged Cappotelli. After the show, Cappotelli stood at the front door and hugged every single member of the crowd. He was there until after Midnight, and the speech ended at 9:45. He prayed with people. He shook hands. He hugged. He took pictures. I have never in my life experienced anything like that. Did Paul E. do this stuff in ECW? No one who was here tonight left unchanged. I can't describe it. (Insidepulse.com) Sounds like a huge jerk, doesn't he?

(Insidepulse.com) Sounds like a huge jerk, doesn't he? Oh he's being a nice guy, when he might DIE, big deal. If Hardcore Holly had a brain tumor, you can be sure somebody would bring up him being an asshole. Just because Cappotelli's asshole-ness and homophobia is less known, doesn't make it less true.
Open the Muggy Gate Posted February 9, 2006 Report Posted February 9, 2006 If Hardcore Holly had a brain tumor, I wouldn't think of him being an asshole! I would just hope that he came out of it alright. This is just some petty bullshit Grave. I wouldn't wish this even on the people I hate the most.
Guest FromBeyondTheGrave Posted February 9, 2006 Report Posted February 9, 2006 Okay, I guess you're more forgiving than me. There's a thread in the WWE folder all about Cappotelli and his tumor, continue discussion there, as this thread is going off-topic.
Downhome Posted February 9, 2006 Report Posted February 9, 2006 Yeah, and you were the cause of that numbnuts.
Cowboy Battlenuts Posted February 10, 2006 Report Posted February 10, 2006 Capotelli called FBTG a fag once and now he won't drop it. We all know that's just what you get for being a fag though.... Between this and the use of Eddies name in storylines, it's becoming more and more evident that when it comes to wrestling, there really isn't a line to cross. Church in the ring lead by a guy with a brain tumor, cheap heat from making fun of dead champions, is there a way to take it further on the spectrum?
bob_barron Posted February 10, 2006 Report Posted February 10, 2006 I think what happened with Cappotelli was good while what happened with Eddy is bad. You can't compare the two
Cowboy Battlenuts Posted February 10, 2006 Report Posted February 10, 2006 That's my point though, exploiting your workers death for profit is about as far down as you can get on one end of the spectrum, while having a wrestler with a tumor basically hold church in the ring is all the way down the other end. It seems like there really is no line to be crossed in wrestling, either way. I think I just worded the first post poorly.
bob_barron Posted February 10, 2006 Report Posted February 10, 2006 Oh okay, I got you. Sorry, I misunderstood your post.
Guest FromBeyondTheGrave Posted February 10, 2006 Report Posted February 10, 2006 Yeah, and you were the cause of that numbnuts. The room...it's spinning.
Cowboy Battlenuts Posted February 10, 2006 Report Posted February 10, 2006 That joke....it's aging. If you're gonna derail a topic everytime someone calls you a fag, we might as well stop making threads...
Guest FromBeyondTheGrave Posted February 10, 2006 Report Posted February 10, 2006 That joke....it's aging. On TSM? Never.
Cowboy Battlenuts Posted February 10, 2006 Report Posted February 10, 2006 Yeah it definitely is. It loses all it's flare when your busting it out because he's called you on your shit though. You know things aren't going to well when you have to resort to that kind of petty shit with DOWNHOME of all people....
Guest FromBeyondTheGrave Posted February 10, 2006 Report Posted February 10, 2006 He was calling me on shit you and him are both doing, dragging this thread off-topic.
Cowboy Battlenuts Posted February 11, 2006 Report Posted February 11, 2006 Can't derail a train that's off the tracks. This thread is all about you and how much you suck now.
Guest FromBeyondTheGrave Posted February 11, 2006 Report Posted February 11, 2006 No, it's about OVW results, if you shut the fuck up.
Downhome Posted February 11, 2006 Report Posted February 11, 2006 That joke....it's aging. I refuse to believe that FBTG wasn't ever actually in the drama club in high school.
Guest FromBeyondTheGrave Posted February 11, 2006 Report Posted February 11, 2006 That joke....it's aging. I refuse to believe that FBTG wasn't ever actually in the drama club in high school. There isn't any "high schools" in Ireland. I went to an all-boys Secondary School, there was no drama club.
Bruce Blank Posted February 11, 2006 Report Posted February 11, 2006 No, it's about OVW results, if you shut the fuck up.Maybe if you took your own advice first then others would just naturally follow
Cowboy Battlenuts Posted February 11, 2006 Report Posted February 11, 2006 He didn't have to, the threads already been taken off topic by some idiot who thinks a man should die for not being tolerant. Why kind of ass backwards logic is that....
Guest FromBeyondTheGrave Posted February 11, 2006 Report Posted February 11, 2006 I never said I think he should die.
DangerousDamon Posted February 11, 2006 Report Posted February 11, 2006 What match is considered to be the best in OVW history?
Hawk 34 Posted February 11, 2006 Report Posted February 11, 2006 What match is considered to be the best in OVW history? I don't know about history, but i loved the three way between Doane, Punk and Albright not so long ago.
Phoenix Fury Legdrop Posted February 11, 2006 Report Posted February 11, 2006 Get the entire Damaja/Doug Basham Loser Leaves OVW episode from 2003 to see the best match in OVW history. You probably should watch the whole episode just to be able to appreciate the greatness of the match.
Bruce Blank Posted February 12, 2006 Report Posted February 12, 2006 Boggles the mind that these guys are now used so piss poorly in the WWE wait - are they even used at all? I mean when was the last time they were on TV? that's a crime
Downhome Posted February 13, 2006 Report Posted February 13, 2006 Would any of you be interested in me uploading entire OVW shows to YouSendIt? So far, I have all of the episodes this year, except for the most recent one (and that one will be around pretty soon).
