Later, Edge sits at security, screening people. Hardy comes up and says his name is Matt Striker. Edge nonchalantly lets him in, then Hardy turns around and clocks him. Edge later says he has "never seen make-up work that good"

Did anyone NOT see the finish coming after the count-out rule was announced? Match started off okay with Carlito working the neck, which, of course, led nowhere. So we get ANOTHER match between these two now, right? Four times in three weeks is a little much, no? It's not exactly like they were lighting the world on fire to begin with. In fact, THE MATCHES HAVE SUCKED!!3121! Angle faces yet ANOTHER jobber. Angle struggles to beat yet ANOTHER jobber. HOLY SHIT! Diva Search SUCKED, but was SEEMED TO FIT IN ON THIS SHOW! Good promo from hBK. The mouthing of "Same Old Shit" was the night's high point. Edge actually IMPRESSED ME WITH HIS PROMO. Very real soundign promo, with no HORRBILE overacting in sight. Two weeks in and Matt Hardy already looks like an obsessed thirteen year old who just had his girlfriend dump him. HARDY LOOKS LIKE A CHUMP! ENOUGH EDGE VS KANE! ENOUGH EDGE VS KANE! YOU HAVE A HUGE ROSTER...USE IT! YOU FUCKERS! I predict the Edge/Kane stretcher match will be unwatchable, just like the cage match this week, and the FOUR THOUSAND EDGE/KANE MATCHES BEFORE IT! Why is Angle taking orders from Jericho?!!432 WHY ARE THEY MAKING ANGLE HANG AROUND WITH JOBEBRS!? Maybe because his rign work SUCKS since 2003?! The last match sucked balls!

If they did, maybe then they'd have credible tag, cruiser, and women's divisions. I estimate three tag teams, and about eight cruisers if you don't count any guys in the tag teams (include two Mexicools in the tag division and one in the CW division) and about 10 women, including valets and not counting the new Diva Search contestants. Of the 10 women, four of them are valets for other wrestlers, Trish is hurt, Victoria is MIA, Christy is shit, and Candice, Michelle, and Torrie Wilson on SD doesn't make for anything good. Read that again... THREE TRUE TAG TEAMS over both brands. THREE. For reference, it's the Heartbreakers, Superheroes, and MNM. That's it. Everybody else is either floundering around the midcard or is gunning for a championship. Or both. As for the "everybody else", I count about 32 people, which might be alot, but most of them are pretty worthless or injured and the ones that are left actually do have storylines. WWE dropped the ball with all the releases, as many of them had potential. They could have done alot better as far as talent cutting, at any rate. If it's true that the weekend shows might go away soon, WWE is really going to be screwed as far as getting talent on TV. Note: While some wrestlers, for instance Matt Hardy, are under the CW limit, I did not include them in the tally. Some guys are above that title. Not that I like to make that title meaningless, far from it, but some of the smaller guys (like Matt, Rey, etc) would be better if focused on the US/IC title level than the CW title.

Carlito vs. Benjamin - seen it Kane vs. Edge - seen it Diva Search - wish I hadn't seen it I don't care about RAW. I'll stick with Smackdown.

Poor Raw...Hogan-HBK was really weak, main event was predictable as Matlock reruns, I again missed the diva stuff, and so much was forgettable. The cage match was alright for the blood and a couple ok spots...but even the marks have to be tiring of Edge vs. Kane. Edge's promo was good though. Hardy angle was cheesy since it was so much more obviously a work this week.

Although seriously, I taped Velocity and actually got to see wrestling matches. That was incredible. Smackdown is pretty bad. The difference is that since it isn't live and it's on a Thursday people aren't in the mood to get together to make fun of it.

Ill prolly catch it this weekend though, if not then the next.
