Guest stringerbell Report post Posted August 26, 2005 Hulk Hogan was recently interviewed on the WMOA 1490 radio station in Parkersburg, WV. The topic of SummerSlam came up and Hogan said he was proud of the match that came out. He was asked why he won the match against a full-time WWE star and Hogan responded that he bent over backwards putting over Shawn Michaels by making the crowd believe Michaels is good enough to hang with The Immortal Hulk Hogan. He said by shaking Michaels hand after the match, he helped further put over Michaels. He then said after watching Raw Monday night, he wishes he had thought more carefully about putting in so much effort to help out another wrestler. Hogan was then asked if his wrestling career was over and he responded that he would love to work with John Cena and Stone Cold Steve Austin because he believes they could be big money matches. Hogan was asked if he would be as willing to make stars of Cena and Austin as he was Michaels. Hogan said that he's be very open to discussion but is a bit leery following Michaels' promo on Raw. The interview began to close as Hogan plugged his show one more time. Before cutting to a break he was asked for his final thoughts on Michaels and he responded quickly that some people in the wrestling business don't appreciate the favors that are granted to them. There is interest in rebuilding the tag team divisions. Possible teams being thrown around are Tyson Tomko and Renee Dupree as well as Val Venis and Viscera. WWE is in talks with Antefilms Productions for a possible animated series. The company is known for hit shows such as Code Lyoko and Funky Cops. Plans for Matt Hardy as of now seem to involve him getting bested to build sympathy for him and to introduce the "Angelic Diablo" character with more emotion behind it. Chavo Guerrero revealed that the Kerwin White persona and everything involving it was Paul Heyman's idea. After picking his brain for advice on starting anew. Spanky wrestled in a 4 way cruiserweight matchup at a Smackdown House Show recently. The reason behind Molly Holly's "departure" was because she needed time to evaluate her life after discovering a lump in her breast back in January that thankfully wasn't Cancer. She stated that she hated being a heel and was only doing it for the money after awhile. Brian Black a wrestler under a WWE development deal is being brought up to head a UPN faction. Paul London is out of action with a ruptured tail bone, we are not sure how serious this injury is. Torrie Wilson apparently has a lot of interest in wrestling now and opted for her and Candice Michelle to form a PMS like tandem. Stacy Keibler requested to drop the Super Stacy gimmick because she felt wearing a mask hid her beauty. PWInsider.com

And "rebuilding the tag division" is almost reaching "rebuilding the cruiser division" levels of hilarity.

I didn't know it was possible for one man to be this deluded. There is interest in rebuilding the tag team divisions. Possible teams being thrown around are Tyson Tomko and Renee Dupree as well as Val Venis and Viscera. Geez, did they draw those names out of a hat? Just kill the tag team division entirely and be done with it. I think we're going on eight weeks without a tag title defense on RAW. I keep forgetting who the champs even are at times. Plans for Matt Hardy as of now seem to involve him getting bested to build sympathy for him and to introduce the "Angelic Diablo" character with more emotion behind it. Yes, because negative pushes have ALWAYS worked in the past.

Guest Fook Report post Posted August 26, 2005 *reads Hogan's comments* *breaks into uncontrollable laughter* I can understand the Vis/Val pairing due to their gimmicks, but why Tomko/Dupree? And if they really wanted to rebuild the tag division, they probably shouldn't have had the Hearthrobs squashed by the Big Show.

Guest JMA Report post Posted August 26, 2005 Hardy constantly being the underdog COULD work if someone competent was booking it--but this is WWE. I have a feeling that they'll portray Hardy less like Dreamer and more like the Red Rooster.

AndrewTS 0 Report post Posted August 26, 2005 I think most of this is all total bullshit. There is interest in rebuilding the tag team divisions. Possible teams being thrown around are Tyson Tomko and Renee Dupree as well as Val Venis and Viscera. File this under bullshit with the "will be pushing the Cruiser division" stuff. Whether or not WWE plans to do it, it ain't friggin' happening. WWE is in talks with Antefilms Productions for a possible animated series. The company is known for hit shows such as Code Lyoko and Funky Cops. Those suck ass. Plans for Matt Hardy as of now seem to involve him getting bested to build sympathy for him and to introduce the "Angelic Diablo" character with more emotion behind it. Yeah, Matt's going to get a big push when this is over. Bullshit. The reason behind Molly Holly's "departure" was because she needed time to evaluate her life after discovering a lump in her breast back in January that thankfully wasn't Cancer. Yet her shoot interview apparently mentions absolutely nothing of the sort. Bullshit.

John Cena's Rap 'n' Wrestling! Triple H as the hot-tempered villain! Big Show as the giant comedic relief character! Eddie Guerrero as a stereotypical Mexican! Your choice of 30+ divas in the obligatory female role! Add some live-action skits with the Iron Sheik and I'm sold.

Team Angle Pusher 0 Report post Posted August 26, 2005 I wouldn't mind seeing Viscera and Venis as a tag team, maybe they could even be entertaining. They lose everything as singles wrestlers but both men, especially Viscera, are still pretty over with the fans. Venis is a really good wrestler and Viscera is there for the big man moves, it could work. Dupree and Tomko sucks yeah. I think they could rebuild the Tag Division easily on RAW IF they don't let teams get squashed by one man all the time, it sucks balls. Teams could be: Hurricane and Rosey (Tag Champs, but they suck as the champs) The Heart Throbs (got squashed by Big Show but beat Hurri-Rosey once) Cade and Murdoch (looking forward to this team) Viscera and Venis (this would make Cade and Murdoch a heel tag team) Hell they can even have Kane and Big Show win the Tag Belts to give it some attention. Well, it would be nice if he also jobbed swiftly and surely to every wrestler that has ever laid down for him and never gotten a return job on his way out, but that would probably take too long. At least Paul London's absence can be explained now, and it may have been an extremely well-timed injury if it's prevented the continuance of the silly Velocity WWE HQ march.
