I've had the same goatee for several years now; I generally just shave around it. Sideburns no lower than my ears. I can't remember if I had the full beard or not in my earlier pictures on here. It was very lumberjack.

I just shaved this morning. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> yea me too, for some reason it takes me 2 days to get real good stubble going and after that it grows in fast. but I have had a goatee type chin beard (almost like Twizteds pic near the bottom of his post, but thicker and a bit bigger)) for a long time. I started growing it in 2001 and didnt fully shave it off (despite numerous trimmings and shortenings since it got real big and nearly Jericho-esque at one point) till last month, but havent shaved it since so it's back. I have a mustache (only shaved off it once in my life , in 2002)but it aint much cuz it doesnt grow in that big and thick like my dads but I like it. Unfortantely I cant seem to grow a connected to my moustache goatee as the hair stops at just below. Perhaps I should stop trimming my stache at the ends? I have soem hair at the point under my bottom lip, but it doesnt grow in much so I cant connect it to my chin beard at all. I would show a pic but I dont have one scanned right now

I got to get a pic to show you. I can scan some but how to I get it to show in here? Do I have to post it somewhere else online? cuz I dont have a website right now.

Matt Young Posted September 10, 2005 Report Posted September 10, 2005 My main problem is that my moustache doesn't really ever get thicker, the hairs just get longer. That's one of the reasons I keep my beard short, trimmed to a 2 length.
