Edwin MacPhisto Posted September 22, 2005 Report Posted September 22, 2005 Lots of song titles get used over and over again by different bands. My choice for the one with the best track record is "I Want You," which in my mind contains top-10 songs from Bob Dylan, Elvis Costello, and the Beatles. So what else is cool, huh.
Red Baron Posted September 22, 2005 Report Posted September 22, 2005 How many times One has been used for a song title.
Corey_Lazarus Posted September 22, 2005 Report Posted September 22, 2005 "Wake Up" is one that's terribly overused.
snuffbox Posted September 22, 2005 Report Posted September 22, 2005 'So Cold' (or any other title with 'cold' in it) has been used alot in mainstream rock lately...
Carnival Posted September 22, 2005 Report Posted September 22, 2005 "What's My Name?" <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I 2nd that.
SamoaRowe Posted September 22, 2005 Report Posted September 22, 2005 "Superman" though not really good, just jumped into my head. "Remedy" has been used a couple times by modern rock acts.
Your Paragon of Virtue Posted September 23, 2005 Report Posted September 23, 2005 This thread ended with the first post I think, as I can't think of anything else to match it. Purple Rain.
Paul Stanley Posted September 23, 2005 Report Posted September 23, 2005 "Right Now" <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Right Now Youth is King
Guest *KNK* Posted September 23, 2005 Report Posted September 23, 2005 "Why" seems to be rather over used.
Edwin MacPhisto Posted September 24, 2005 Author Report Posted September 24, 2005 This thread turned out to be a lot less interesting than I had hoped. Sorry, guys.
The Czech Republic Posted September 24, 2005 Report Posted September 24, 2005 You've built up enough capital that you can get away with one of these.
Nighthawk Posted September 24, 2005 Report Posted September 24, 2005 No! I hate Ed so much now. Mine was true, though.
