Lots of song titles get used over and over again by different bands. My choice for the one with the best track record is "I Want You," which in my mind contains top-10 songs from Bob Dylan, Elvis Costello, and the Beatles.

So what else is cool, huh.

"Superman" though not really good, just jumped into my head.

"Remedy" has been used a couple times by modern rock acts.

marvin gaye and tom waits also have excellent songs with this title.

if you want to flub a little bit, you could also count U2's "all i want is you."

The Troggs did a rehash of "Wild Thing" called "I Want You", but I don't think it was particularly popular (especially in comparison to "Wild Thing").
