Chazz Posted October 8, 2005 Report Posted October 8, 2005 Just curious, as It seems that I actually sleep better when I am depressed, while some people get little to no sleep when they are battling depression. How does this affect you all If/when you get depressed?
CheesalaIsGood Posted October 8, 2005 Report Posted October 8, 2005 I'll sleep like a rock when I'm down. I think its anxiety that keeps you awake at night.
Guest Arnold_OldSchool Posted October 8, 2005 Report Posted October 8, 2005 I stay up almost every night until the wee hours due to my inner demons. My average night of sleep is 3-4 hours.
Sideburnious Posted October 8, 2005 Report Posted October 8, 2005 I stay up almost every night until the wee hours due to my inner demons. My average night of sleep is 3-4 hours. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I know what you mean. Don't you just hate it when you go to sleep with something bothering you and when you wake up the next morning, there's about 3 seconds of clarity/clean thinking before you suddenly remember what bothered you the night before.
Guest Agent of Oblivion Posted October 8, 2005 Report Posted October 8, 2005 I rarely sleep no matter what my mood.
Annabelle Posted October 8, 2005 Report Posted October 8, 2005 I stay up almost every night until the wee hours due to my inner demons. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> awesome. tsmers have "inner demons" awesome
Nighthawk Posted October 8, 2005 Report Posted October 8, 2005 I have outer demons. Ri Chan, master of torture, he's a friend of mine, I'll introduce you sometime.
Guest croweater Posted October 14, 2005 Report Posted October 14, 2005 Can never get to sleep at night when something's bothering me.... hence probably why I'm typing this at 1:20 with no feeling to go to bed. But tomorrow morning I won't want to get up. It's amazing how every thing that bothered you the night before is so uncomplicated and stupid the morning after. The problems start when it's just as horrible when you wake up.
Guest sillynigger Posted October 14, 2005 Report Posted October 14, 2005 I try to put off sleep when I'm depressed, as the sooner I'm asleep, the sooner the next day begins.
The Czech Republic Posted October 14, 2005 Report Posted October 14, 2005 EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEMMOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
Guest sillynigger Posted October 14, 2005 Report Posted October 14, 2005 There were not nearly enough N's in relation to the absurd amount of E's and O's
Youth N Asia Posted October 14, 2005 Report Posted October 14, 2005 I barely sleep as it is. When I'm down I sleep less cause I spend too much time thinking about crap I have no real control over.
The Czech Republic Posted October 14, 2005 Report Posted October 14, 2005 There were not nearly enough N's in relation to the absurd amount of E's and O's <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Well you'd only stretch out the vowels.
Guest sillynigger Posted October 14, 2005 Report Posted October 14, 2005 I've streched out the M sound many times. Let us hope this does not lead into a joke about vaginas and your "active" sex life.
MillenniumMan831 Posted October 15, 2005 Report Posted October 15, 2005 When I'm depressed because of an outside force, I sleep less. When I'm depressed because I feel guilty, I sleep more and hope I don't wake up. It's then when I have the 2-3 seconds of refreshment in the morning like Sideburnious mentioned before feeling sick to my stomach again.
CBright7831 Posted October 15, 2005 Report Posted October 15, 2005 I hardly get the right amount of sleep. I'll oversleep or I'll undersleep.
