Just curious, as It seems that I actually sleep better when I am depressed, while some people get little to no sleep when they are battling depression. How does this affect you all If/when you get depressed?

I stay up almost every night until the wee hours due to my inner demons. My average night of sleep is 3-4 hours.

I know what you mean. Don't you just hate it when you go to sleep with something bothering you and when you wake up the next morning, there's about 3 seconds of clarity/clean thinking before you suddenly remember what bothered you the night before.

I rarely sleep no matter what my mood.

Can never get to sleep at night when something's bothering me.... hence probably why I'm typing this at 1:20 with no feeling to go to bed. But tomorrow morning I won't want to get up.

It's amazing how every thing that bothered you the night before is so uncomplicated and stupid the morning after. The problems start when it's just as horrible when you wake up.

I try to put off sleep when I'm depressed, as the sooner I'm asleep, the sooner the next day begins.

There were not nearly enough N's in relation to the absurd amount of E's and O's

I've streched out the M sound many times. Let us hope this does not lead into a joke about vaginas and your "active" sex life.

When I'm depressed because of an outside force, I sleep less.

When I'm depressed because I feel guilty, I sleep more and hope I don't wake up. It's then when I have the 2-3 seconds of refreshment in the morning like Sideburnious mentioned before feeling sick to my stomach again.
