It's on my Gamefly list. I'm not all that excited about it though, because A. I don't like prequels and B. SO3 kind of made any more games in the series meaningless. To me anyway.

So I saw Thoth playing the Ultimate Genesis Collection and so I looked into the game and decided to buy it. I never had a Genesis growing up...so most of these games I've never played before. It's like a candy store in disc form.

I was playing Fatal Labyrinth the other day. A lot better than I expected it to be.

I said it in 2006 for the PS2 version, but it bares repeating with the new additions: The Museum write-ups are excellent.

"A Pinball Defense System. That was your big plan, Dr. Robotnik? Really?"

Lol.

This got a 9.0 at IGN - seems like it's worth the pickup. I had dl'd Sonic the Hedgehog for XBLA - best part of that was you could save whenever you wanted. (cheap I know...)

I might end up buying the game while my 360 is still dead. <_< At least I have the option to do it online now. Before the online marketplace went up, if you were RROD'd and a deal came up... TS.

It'd be nice to know if there's going to be a PC release that I'm able to re-sell if I so choose. Though $10-ish isn't that big a deal.

K, so much for that.

There is no box release at this time. It might happen in the future, and I have talked to a couple of publishers about it, but for the most part retail publishing doesn’t seem worth it for indie developers these days. It’s a huge headache and your game still doesn’t get out to very many people, and then your publisher cheats you and goes out of business anyway.

800ms? Must have came down in price, I remember it being 1200+ and causing a shit storm on Gamefaqs for being 'overpriced'. I've only played the demo, so can't really comment on the game.

I thought it was worth 1200 points, so its certainly worth 800 on sale. It's a bit short, but I expect that from an XBLA original, and its cheap.

They carried that over to the collection as well. You can save whenever you want to in all the games in the set.

Are the sidepanels only evident on a widescreen tv?

Hey guys, Braid is 800 points this week! LOLBBQsauce.

EDIT: After playing the first 2 levels, I have no idea how anyone could get all the puzzle pieces without a guide. Half are simple; the other half seemingly impossible given the hero's limited skill set. Fun game, though. I'm happy with my purchase.

Does anybody plan on picking up Star Ocean 4?

I would if I had the money and there wasn't other games coming out that I want to eitehr get or play before hand. I get bored with RPG games and quick so when there are action games coming out (Halo wars, Resident Evil 5, Legends of Wrestlemania) I tend to get those before hand. I may get it around April or so.

Once you've cleared the game, if you play again, there are 6 stars hidden throughout the game. (Techincally 7, but you find the 7th in the last level if you've found the other 6). Even with the full power of the Internet, it took a few weeks to find them all. BTW, if you find all the stars, the end of the game changes.

MLB 2K9 demo is up on Live. I'm downloading it right now. It says youg et to play three innings as the Rays or Phillies. Works for me. Oh and that the announce team this year is Gary Thorne and Steve Phillips. I'm sure they'll suck, but anything is a welcome change from Joe Morgan. I was sick of him in these things.

I played it and was underwhelmed. They brought back the MVP-style throwing meter for fielding which is nice, but everything else was very bleh (including the visuals).

Yeah the visuals were really a let down compared to the last few years. I'm hoping it's just the demo. And the demo can eat me for not letting me change pitching and batting controls to a type that doesn't suck.

Question I just thought of.

I got a 20 Gig hard drive with my 360.

Let's say I want to upgrade to a larger hard-drive.

Is there any way to transfer data from the smaller hard drive to the larger one?

Well thanks to all of the extra free and sober time I've had in the last year plus due to the um...drinking and driving incident... I have reached an amazing 50,000 gamerscore.

Quick math...50,000 gamerscore + 20,000 TSM posts = sobriety sucks.

Goddamn. If you add up both of my Live accounts (fucking Microsoft just CANCELLED my one account without any notice), they'd only be around 12,000

I just get drunk and play video games on my free time. Best of both worlds. What's so hard about doing that?
