Lord of The Curry Posted December 6, 2005 Report Posted December 6, 2005 Sure, strikes can be replicated. So can subs. But everybody has a fighter they love because they do something better or different then everybody else. Chuck's looping left hook is the first thing that comes to mind for me, followed by Cro Cops left high kick.

Your Paragon of Virtue Posted December 6, 2005 Report Posted December 6, 2005 (edited) When did Evan become an Arm triangle choke master? I don't remember him using it all too much. Vitor Ribeiro, for sure, if you never see his fights but only a HL, you see like ten in a row at the point where they show all the finishes together. Pat Militech - Unanimous Decision Edited December 6, 2005 by Your Paragon of Virtue
Lei Tong Posted December 6, 2005 Report Posted December 6, 2005 Tanner used the arm triangle a lot throughout the earlier part of his career (especially in Pancrase), and a number of the "triangle choke" victories he's given credit for are actually from arm- triangles, though he doesn't use the technique as much nowadays.
