They've been together nearly a year, and they're really great for each other. She's depressive, and he's autistic. Somehow, they parlayed this into a functioning relationship. He's been planning to ask her to marry him on or around New Year's, as well. Sadly, the last month or so has been a lot of fighting and yelling. I really don't want to see them apart as they've been just so good for one another, and he especially has done a lot better as a functioning member of society.

 

I wouldn't normally post about this, but I'm a big believer in the power of positive thinking, so I'm just asking for any well-wishes or prayers, etc. you might have. Don't care if you post them...just send some positive energy over this way. Thanks in advance, guys.

Yeah, this is the worst time of year to be fighting. I'd hate knowing I broke up with someone I loved and felt I made a great couple with during Christmas/New Year's. I mean, especially New Year's, because, traditionally speaking, we can usually look at that as part of a new beginning and all that.

Oh my God. I can only imagine the heartbreak you're going through right now. It's a damn shame when true love is disturbed, and I can tell these two people are in love. Damn it all to hell!!

 

Hopefully, the Christmas spirit will make sure this couple stays together. I can safely tell you that they will be in my prayers both tonight and around the Christmas tree tomorrow morning. I just know this relationship is going to survive .
