Last week on Raw, WWE champion Edge attacked John Cena just when it looked like Cena was going to beat the "Master Lock Challenge". tpww7 Posted January 22, 2006 Report Posted January 22, 2006 Give HBK and Shelton 15 mins and I'm sold.
Carnival Posted January 23, 2006 Report Posted January 23, 2006 Go ahead and start next week's OAO RAW thread while you're at it.
Guest Dam(o)nYankees Posted January 23, 2006 Report Posted January 23, 2006 Ashley may be the worst wrestler in North America. Must she wrestle EVERY WEEK? My God, at least Christy improved (and looked good) This is just painful.
slimm44 Posted January 23, 2006 Report Posted January 23, 2006 I was so waiting to post this thread but was going to wait until 12 AM to do so. Oh well, so we got Edge/Masters (or Snitsky) against Flair/Cena. Kane squashing Carlito, another womens tag match that will have a screwed up ending, and HBK/Benjamin which should be match of the night. Throw in a couple qualifying rumble matches, and McMahon/Candice segments, and you have a show* * indicates not a great show lol

Matt Young Posted January 23, 2006 Report Posted January 23, 2006 Prediction for HBK/Shelton: Decent but short match which Shelton wins by disqualification.
slimm44 Posted January 23, 2006 Report Posted January 23, 2006 Prediction for HBK/Shelton: Decent but short match which Shelton wins by disqualification. Let's not forget Vince once again attempting to screw Michaels
Rob Anybody Posted January 23, 2006 Report Posted January 23, 2006 Prediction for HBK/Shelton: Decent but short match which Shelton wins by disqualification. Let's not forget Vince once again attempting to screw Michaels HBK can't stand against the combined forces of Vince and Shelton's Mama.

razazteca Posted January 23, 2006 Report Posted January 23, 2006 It's not like the bookers are paying attention to the midcard anyways.
Lord of The Curry Posted January 23, 2006 Report Posted January 23, 2006 Any low ratings for tonights show should/will be blamed on the election in Canada.
snuffbox Posted January 23, 2006 Report Posted January 23, 2006 Odds are good theres some sort of award show tonight as well...
razazteca Posted January 23, 2006 Report Posted January 23, 2006 Skating with the Stars is on tonight?
Art Sandusky Posted January 23, 2006 Report Posted January 23, 2006 I never got to see the first Michaels/Benjamin match, but I have a bad feeling that whatever we get tonight will leave me wishing I'd seen the first one instead, sans racial caricature.
2GOLD Posted January 23, 2006 Report Posted January 23, 2006 Skating with the Stars is on tonight? Not unless it's on at 8 since "24" is on at 9 followed by your local news at 10. But CBS is debuting "Courting Alex" with Jenna Elfman. And speaking of greatness, the "7th Heaven" episode is titled "Got MLK". That's just awesome. But no, no real competition tonight for the WWE. They should roll right along and I am pretty sure they will with it being the RAW leading into the Rumble.

haVoc Posted January 23, 2006 Report Posted January 23, 2006 I forgot the Rumble was this Sunday. New Years Revolution was only two weeks ago.

In terms of things they can use as an excuse. 24 is above the WWE, I cannot drop it down into the "competition" discussion. 24 is just too damn good to be called competition. You don't say the Jerry Springer show is competition for the Winter Olympics do you?
snuffbox Posted January 24, 2006 Report Posted January 24, 2006 I assume theres a ppv every Sunday until someone tells me differently. Its usually true.
haVoc Posted January 24, 2006 Report Posted January 24, 2006 So out of both brands who's been announced for the Rumble?
Guest InuYasha Posted January 24, 2006 Report Posted January 24, 2006 I'm hoping RVD shows up, even if it's just a backstage interview segment. Vince and the bookers reign him in too much. if they just let him run with it, he'd probably be the most over guy in the WWE, period.
Hawk 34 Posted January 24, 2006 Report Posted January 24, 2006 So out of both brands who's been announced for the Rumble? Look at the rumble thread for the 22 confirmed names as of now.
naiwf Posted January 24, 2006 Report Posted January 24, 2006 "In a world in need of a champion" is the best start to a promo/video in WWWFE history.
