Urban Warfare Posted February 6, 2006 Report Posted February 6, 2006 As long as Ben or Willie Parker don't win, I'm happy.
Adam Posted February 6, 2006 Report Posted February 6, 2006 The Steelers just had to include a trick play.
Guest Smues Posted February 6, 2006 Report Posted February 6, 2006 Of course any bitching about the refs post game will just be met with "Well they tryed to rig it for Indy, so it's just payback for Pittsburgh. Who cares about Seattle right?"
Guest Arnold_OldSchool Posted February 6, 2006 Report Posted February 6, 2006 Nice gadget play... I cheered
snuffbox Posted February 6, 2006 Report Posted February 6, 2006 Czech, the refs need you to start defending them again...
Bored Posted February 6, 2006 Report Posted February 6, 2006 Asuming the Steelers win, Roethlisberger has probably had the worst game ever by a winning quarterback in a Super Bowl.
C Dubya 04 Posted February 6, 2006 Report Posted February 6, 2006 I didn't really care one way or the other for this game, but this is a disgrace. How can the NFL have officials do such a bad job throughout the whole playoffs. Â Refs decided 2 games (Denver/New England and this one) and tried to decide another (Pittsburgh/Indy).
Urban Warfare Posted February 6, 2006 Report Posted February 6, 2006 The good thing about this, is all fans agree that the officiating has been completely slanted, not just Seattle fans.
Urban Warfare Posted February 6, 2006 Report Posted February 6, 2006 Jesus fucking CHRIST. Hasselbeck fumbles..
naiwf Posted February 6, 2006 Report Posted February 6, 2006 He got tackled, so of course that's a fumble. For Christ's sake.
Red Baron Posted February 6, 2006 Report Posted February 6, 2006 Its the fact that it is the title game too. Â My dad friend just called my cell phone. He said it sucks to see them lose like this. Â Wow a downed call, and now a fumble. Â FUCK YOU REFS. A BLIND MAN COULD HAVE CALLED THAT BETTER.
Hawk 34 Posted February 6, 2006 Report Posted February 6, 2006 I do believe thats the game. Â It's an 11 pt game. If Seattle fails to score something on this drive, then it's over but there is still to much on the clock to decalre it. Â Â and as I say that, Seattle blew the game right there. If it holds.
Guest Arnold_OldSchool Posted February 6, 2006 Report Posted February 6, 2006 Hasselbach is gonna have his ass kicked by Mike after the game
Guest Smues Posted February 6, 2006 Report Posted February 6, 2006 Ok he was clearly touched, by rule does that make it a fumble or not?
Boon Posted February 6, 2006 Report Posted February 6, 2006 Here you go refs- time to show where your alliances are.
Guest Wart Posted February 6, 2006 Report Posted February 6, 2006 I'm not one to say theres a fix and I won't now, but these calls have been fucking embarassing and have just killed my interest in the game.
C Dubya 04 Posted February 6, 2006 Report Posted February 6, 2006 I am far from a Seahawks fan. This game was a crock of shit though. Â Oh, and I want a mobile ESPN phone.
Guest Smues Posted February 6, 2006 Report Posted February 6, 2006 I don't know the rule so I don't know if that's a fumble or not. but I am fairly certain the refs will rule it one regardless.
dh86 Posted February 6, 2006 Report Posted February 6, 2006 ima never watch the NFL again if it stay a fumble...NBA isnt even this obvious
naiwf Posted February 6, 2006 Report Posted February 6, 2006 If he gets hit, falls down and then fumbles then he's down by contact. Which he was. The referee will more than likely chose to ignore that the Steelers player touched him and keep the ruling on the field which was a fumble.
Urban Warfare Posted February 6, 2006 Report Posted February 6, 2006 Thank fucking God, refs get it right.
Guest Arnold_OldSchool Posted February 6, 2006 Report Posted February 6, 2006 Ok Seattle gets the mulligan
