Dunno, but the fact that she told Elliott that "Stevie Wonder would be proud" this week when he sang a Stevie song LAST week was pretty funny. Speaking of which, there should be a rule where no Idol is allowed to sing a Stevie Wonder song, EVER. So what guys got cut? Sway (the Filipino guy) and David (the crooner). Not entirely unexpected - most figured they would go before the Top 12, the question was when it would happen. But what interests me about the guys is Bucky - he has no business still being in this competition. Is he drawing in the Kellie Pickler voters or something?

And I guess I am the only one here who really likes Will. I liked him going into the top 24 even though they showed very little of him, and I like him even more after this week. I thought he did great with "Lady."
starvenger Posted March 3, 2006 Report Posted March 3, 2006 As far as I'm concerned Will, Kevin and Gedeon are fighting for the final two spots. Chris could drop a deuce on Idol and go through, Ace is pretty, Elliott is frustratingly inconsistent but sounds like Adam Sandler, and Taylor gets the underdog vote (and is good, to boot). On the women's side Kinnick is a dead woman singing but I'm having trouble figuring out who the second woman should be. If we were rating based on singing ability Kellie would be gone but like Ace she's getting a push so she goes nowhere, so it's probably gonna be Melissa or Kyla. I'm leaning towards Melissa at this point.

I would have booted Bob Barron before Sway, but whatever, neither one deserved to go too far. If Brenna had stayed, I don't think I could have watched anymore. She makes me want to get violent. I think she also has a rude awakening coming her way. Plus, clearly she's only in it for the money. Her best shot in life is to be a golddigger.

Is she even getting a push on regular radio? Because I literally haven't listened to regular radio at all since I got Sirius last July as a wedding present, and I have heard no Carrie at all...
