I say Shelton keeps the IC Title and then feuds with Haas over it for a while.

Inject Haas into the IC title match at Backlash, where Haas eats the pin thanks to Benjamin stealing the case. RVD doesn't job, Benjamin keeps the title and Haas doesn't look bad.

Haas/Benjamin work toward a 2/3 falls match at Vengeance for the title.

Okay...i'll take that. Could be fun.

Example? Don't give me that 'two fatal four way tag title matches on WM21' excuse either. When have they done two triple threat major title matches on the same PPV? It looks like they ran out of ideas for matches.

Oh Good Lord Almighty, now Shelton is playing along with this McMahonism crap? How badly does Vince want every person on Earth to hate him?

Breakdown 1998 -- Austin v. Undertaker v. Kane for the WWF title and Rock v. Shamrock v. Mankind in a cage.

We need Kamala to come down to the ring, and bitch-slap "Umaga" for stealing his sthick.

The second match was a number one contendors match, yes? [/nitpick]

Anyway, I'll concede, you got me there. But I still can't see them doing it.

While the latter wasn't for a title, it was a pretty big match regardless.

They should have had Kamala manage Umaga, hilarity would then ensue.

Imagine the interviews with the two of them, never making any sense at all.

Is tonight's show a Supershow taping?

Worse; Wrestling Challenge level of lameness.

What could possibly justify a D-X reunion after the HHH/HBK feud? And don't say respect, because that's a fucking cop out.

I suppose I can accept two men uniting over mutual hatred of Vince McMahon, I'm sure that has reunited many friendships in wrestling.
