Special K 0 Report post Posted May 17, 2006 Has there ever been a dramatic series which featuresd a largely black cast, in a positive light? I don't think the has been, really ever. Special K 0 Report post Posted May 17, 2006 wasn't The Wire about two cops after black guys slangin drugs? Sorta, yeah, but the 'black guys slangin drugs' were in many ways sympathetic. It's a very 'shades of grey' show. And at least half the cops/administration were black. Most of the good cops were black, too. I'm just getting into it, but it's a terrific show.
