Scroby Posted May 23, 2006 Report Posted May 23, 2006 On Saturday I'm going to go San Fransisco to try and meet Mick Foley and I have no idea what I want to get signed. I have 3 of his books and I have his Greatest Hits dvd but I don't know if I should take one of those, or if I should get a 8 X 10 photo I'm sure he'll have there. Hell I'm thinking about bringing a bat wrapped in barb wire and have him sign that!. Any ideas?
Hawk 34 Posted May 23, 2006 Report Posted May 23, 2006 If you want your item back, don't give him a picture of Melina.
CanadianGuitarist Posted May 23, 2006 Report Posted May 23, 2006 Bring a Leonard Cohen album. Really. Like a pornograhy store, I'd have never thought of that. Good call.
Boon Posted May 24, 2006 Report Posted May 24, 2006 Bring a sign that says "Cane Dewey" and share a good laugh.
Scroby Posted May 24, 2006 Author Report Posted May 24, 2006 A copy of Ric Flair's book. Oh Mick would sign the book anyways. He'd laugh and sign it as I gave him my money.
Failed Bridge Posted May 25, 2006 Report Posted May 25, 2006 I would have kept his Greatest Hits DVD if it had the Lost in Cleveland footage. ask him if he still talks to Mike Rotundo. I wanna know what Mike is up to as he was one of the all-time great mid-card heels.
iliketurtles Posted May 26, 2006 Report Posted May 26, 2006 I like the idea of the Flair book. He'd probably get a kick out of that.
Sideburnious Posted May 29, 2006 Report Posted May 29, 2006 If your sensible, and own a 1st edition of his book, that. Maybe something Disney, he seems to love the bastards. EDIT: Just realised this probably already took place. So what did you bring?
RepoMan Posted May 30, 2006 Report Posted May 30, 2006 I saw Mick this summer at a minor league baseball game, he had Socko's on sale for a buck you could get singed. That's the rout I took.
Guest Felonies! Posted May 30, 2006 Report Posted May 30, 2006 he had Socko's on sale for a buck you could get singed. That's the rout I took. That's painful in more ways than one!

So I didn't order a ticket for 30 dollars to see Mick and I saved some gas too.
