Slayer Posted October 19, 2007 Report Posted October 19, 2007 I still can't wrap my head around how Maiden approved that album cover, given their history of awesome album covers
Toshiaki Koala Posted October 19, 2007 Report Posted October 19, 2007 The transvestite midget/baby thing levitating in front of the dog is what makes it, really.
Slayer Posted October 19, 2007 Report Posted October 19, 2007 The irony is that it is one of their best albums ever
Nighthawk Posted October 19, 2007 Report Posted October 19, 2007 Maybe the cover is supposed to be ironic then.
Giuseppe Zangara Posted October 20, 2007 Report Posted October 20, 2007 MAIDEN Â http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AkAx-j9whiA
Giuseppe Zangara Posted October 20, 2007 Report Posted October 20, 2007 I like that Frog Eyes cover Czech posted up there, but I can understand that its not to everyone's taste. I also really like the album itself, which I can also understand to not be to everyone's taste.
Guest Pizza Hut's Game Face Posted November 11, 2007 Report Posted November 11, 2007 This is terrible in the same way that the new Interpol cover art was terrible. Also, this one says "The Killers" on it.
PLAGIARISM! Posted November 11, 2007 Author Report Posted November 11, 2007 Wow. In a similar vein, Â
PLAGIARISM! Posted November 12, 2007 Author Report Posted November 12, 2007 I quite liked the new Interpol cover though. Â Â
haws bah gawd Posted November 15, 2007 Report Posted November 15, 2007 Wow. In a similar vein,  Back in 1999, EVERYONE I knew (myself included) bought this. It had a couple decent tracks, but hasn't aged well.  Why dont we have a *hanging head in shame* emoticon?
AntiLeaf33 Posted November 15, 2007 Report Posted November 15, 2007 I'll have to hang my head in shame and say that I had that Creed album as well. About 4 or 5 months after buying it, I can't remember if I gave it away or just threw it out.
Guest u r teh world 2 me Posted November 15, 2007 Report Posted November 15, 2007 wow, i can't believe people with testicles actually bought the creed album. Â i don't really get why you'd admit such a thing, though, even nearly a decade later. i know the internet grants a certain amount of anonymity and some people have a desire to confess things they feel guilty/shameful about. but owning a creed album is something i would never admit to anybody under any set of circumstances.
Henry Spencer Posted November 15, 2007 Report Posted November 15, 2007 I owned the Creed album immediately prior to that one, but never had Human Clay.
Gary Floyd Posted November 15, 2007 Report Posted November 15, 2007 A cousin of mine bought me an Altar Bridge album a long time ago. I have yet yo open it or listen to it.
King Kamala Posted November 15, 2007 Report Posted November 15, 2007 I never owned or possessed a Creed album despite the fact around '99/'00, my dad professed that the band was pretty good. It would have been just like him to give me one of their CDs for Christmas but fortunately he didn't. My dad usually has a pretty decent taste in music but once in a while he comes up to me and is like..."Hey I saw this great band named Chevelle on Conan last night, you ever heard of them?"
Nighthawk Posted November 16, 2007 Report Posted November 16, 2007 If you let DC Talk grow up, they're actually ok. The album after the one after that is decent.
Ravenbomb Posted November 18, 2007 Report Posted November 18, 2007 I owned Human Clay, and I listened to it. I think it's still around the house somewhere.
PLAGIARISM! Posted November 18, 2007 Author Report Posted November 18, 2007 Â Just for managing to look like such complete twats.
Ravenbomb Posted November 18, 2007 Report Posted November 18, 2007 I dunno who those guys with glasses are, but when did John Leguizamo and the guy from Counting Crows gain a bunch of weight and join up with 16 year old Rick Astley?
PLAGIARISM! Posted November 18, 2007 Author Report Posted November 18, 2007 They just look like The Wiggles could beat the living shit out of them. And there's fewer Wiggles.
Dobbs 3K Posted November 18, 2007 Report Posted November 18, 2007 I hate the Barenaked Ladies. That brand of happy-go-lucky college party music just annoys the hell out of me for some reason.
PLAGIARISM! Posted November 18, 2007 Author Report Posted November 18, 2007 Another item for the charge sheet is that it's badly designed, what the fuck is that album called? 'GORNN'? Can't read it. Fucking useless.
