LucharesuFan619 Posted July 3, 2006 Report Posted July 3, 2006 Name for me/recommend any movies from the last 10 years that you can think of which are horror/thriller and most importantly ultra-mega-super scary films...movies like SAW (1 and 2), Jeepers Creepers (1 and 2), Ghost Ship, Silent Hill, House of 1000 Corpses, etc. Also want them to be mainstream. Thanks in advance for any help.
Guest The Beta Male Posted July 3, 2006 Report Posted July 3, 2006 sorry man, can`t think of any that have been genuinely scary, i thought SAW was pretty awful (swerving is one thing, but not when it means the audience stop caring 30 seconds before the credits roll) get the japanese versions of Ring and it`s sequals, they`re pretty good.
Ravenbomb Posted July 3, 2006 Report Posted July 3, 2006 Kairo (the original Japanese "Pulse") was a great movie and really creepy at times. But I can't think of any that would be "ultra-mega-super scary"
LucharesuFan619 Posted July 3, 2006 Author Report Posted July 3, 2006 I guess the scary comment is kind of opinionative. Really I am just looking for movies that are like the ones I listed. Also I would like them to be mainstream/well known.
kkktookmybabyaway Posted July 3, 2006 Report Posted July 3, 2006 Can't really think of any that scared me. I liked the Ring and the Grudge, and Saw was OK, but that's all I can think of when put on the spot.
Annabelle Posted July 3, 2006 Report Posted July 3, 2006 why did you bypass the movie folder & put this hear? not to be a lame-O but its weird.
Guest Felonies! Posted July 3, 2006 Report Posted July 3, 2006 Rosemary's Baby is scarier than anything listed.
LucharesuFan619 Posted July 3, 2006 Author Report Posted July 3, 2006 Sorry, I didn't realize there was Movie folder. I am one of the Wrestling folder residents so I new to these parts...
snuffbox Posted July 4, 2006 Report Posted July 4, 2006 The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (The original...the recent crap is pure blasphemy)...I know its not from the last ten years, but nothing from this decade is really good.
PLAGIARISM! Posted July 5, 2006 Report Posted July 5, 2006 Texas Chainsaw Massacre isn't really scary at all, though. Enjoyable, but no 'scarier' than the remake.
