Ted the Poster Posted August 7, 2006 Report Posted August 7, 2006 Hey now, a black light will only serve to turn this thread into a rave.
The Amazing Rando Posted August 7, 2006 Author Report Posted August 7, 2006 That is, if he was able to pay the electric bill to keep it on.
Slayer Posted August 7, 2006 Report Posted August 7, 2006 The Ripper signal is the silhouette of a fine booty
kkktookmybabyaway Posted August 7, 2006 Report Posted August 7, 2006 I think the ratio might run 85 percent white to 15 percent weaker races. *shines the Ripper signal* Now now, maybe he's talking about Jews and Asians. I'm pretty sure us whiteys could take them in a fight. And I'm not talking about Jews in Israel that have to serve in the military; I'm talking about the banker Jews over here. Then again, I doubt banker Jews would be living next to Rando. And a Ripper signal is a good idea. You can have that little circle in the "R" form in the shape of a bubbly derriere. But no "hip hop mix" of the Batman theme. Even I have to draw the line somewhere.
kkktookmybabyaway Posted August 7, 2006 Report Posted August 7, 2006 It was such a great idea, I had to say it twice.
Guest Agent of Oblivion Posted August 7, 2006 Report Posted August 7, 2006 Dude, did you have that foundation inspected? Maybe it's just the picture, and the slant of the ground playing tricks on my eyes, but it looks like the center of your house is sunk in slightly. It's probably just the roof over your porch. Tear that fucker off.
Guest Princess Leena Posted August 7, 2006 Report Posted August 7, 2006 Not to be mean... but, there must some major problems to buy a house like that for 35K. I wouldn't doubt if the house fell underground soon.

kkktookmybabyaway Posted August 7, 2006 Report Posted August 7, 2006 I didn't notice your house "sinking" until AoO's post, but yeah it does look a bit ... sunk. (It might be the way the photo was taken, but then again it might not be.) Did you get your property checked to see if you are on top of a former mine site?
Dobbs 3K Posted August 7, 2006 Report Posted August 7, 2006 I don't think the house is sinking...I think the gutter above the middle part might be sagging a little, though. Also, the right part of the house is closer than the left part in the picture, so that could create the illusion that the house is sinking in the picture. Yeah, I hope you had it inspected though. I think most states require it before purchasing a home anyway. I'm sure you have a lot of work to do to it along the line. Good luck and congrats on it. At least now you'll start building equity and all that good stuff.
Vyce Posted August 7, 2006 Report Posted August 7, 2006 It's not necessarily a dump. There are certain areas of Maryland where you can get property dirt cheap like that. Usually from HUD. The problem is, said property is usually in the ass-end of nowhere.
The Amazing Rando Posted August 8, 2006 Author Report Posted August 8, 2006 The grass is not level and the fence in the back is not level. As far as I have been able to tell, it doesn't have any warping or sinking. Also, today I found out I am going to have to come up with a bit of coin to install some electric baseboard type heating, or pay out the ass to have the furnace replaced. In the long run I will save more just going to electric, but now i have to get it installed, or I won't be able to get insurance (because the furnace is beyond old).
FroGG_NeaL Posted August 8, 2006 Report Posted August 8, 2006 Heating/Cooling problems suck man. Be careful not to get ripped of by the dudes that install your system for you.
JangoFett4Hire Posted August 11, 2006 Report Posted August 11, 2006 In Boston, you can't even buy a car for 35 grand...
The Amazing Rando Posted August 29, 2006 Author Report Posted August 29, 2006 Well, the closing has been scheduled for next wednesday, though i will be able to get the keys later this week. They were telling me it was going to be done and closed at the end of this week, but there were some small delays.
